AMAZING little spot for dinner. We went in the winter time and chose the 6 course tasting menu and I 10/10 recommend. Truly authentic and Icelandic inspired, would recommend to anyone in the area who appreciates good food. I thought it was good value for the money too. Regardless of what you choose, make sure to try the cod cheeks 🤌🏽🤌🏽 🤤🤤

Our best meal in Iceland! A beautiful small restaurant with awesome service. We had cod, veges and cheesecake for dessert. Everything was perfect. A great end to our time in Iceland from New Zealand.

So unexpected. Beautiful setting along the harbor in a quaint building and cozy atmosphere on rainy evening. Every dish was perfectly prepared. We had cocktails my Iceland Negroni was excellent. Loved the cod cheek starter…entrees in order of preference was Wolfish, sole (loved fennel) mussels and char. Would recommend all. Salad was simple and tasty.skipped dessert.

One of the best meals we had in Iceland. Excellent cocktails in a rustic environment. We had the tasting menu and the cod cheeks, scallop ceviche and cod MOUSSE were out of this world; the arctic char was surprisingly the weakest dish as it was slightly overcooked.

Perfectly placed at the harbor of my favorite town we visited on our whole trip to Iceland. This cozy restaurant provides you with a tasty menu filled with locally sourced seafood and Icelandic cuisine.

The restaurant itself is quite small, so either make a reservation, get in early, or late. We loved the ambiance, blues fill the room and the wall is full of an assortment of old fishing photos. Absolutely worth stopping in for, phenomenal value compared to lots of other restaurants in Iceland.

Amazing local seafood and excellent service! You can enjoy the local fresh seafood with the nice sea/harbour view. Top of the town!! A must-go destination if you visiting.

Michelin star quality food, drinks, and service!!! Highly recommend the tasting menu to anyone coming here for a meal. From the drinks ( Wasabi Gimlet) to the apps and dessert. We loved the whole experience.

We came here on a weekend break and eneded up dining here twice. Had to come back for more. A true culinary experience!

Highly recommend restaurant. Make reservations even though small town, not many tables. We did not have reservations but lucked out that someone no showed. We saw multiple people turned away for later times without reservations. Food was absolutely amazing. We got the Ling which was delicious. I typically do not even eat fish but tried it and was absolutely delicious. Potatoes, carrots and draft beer was perfect. Best of all was the dessert, apple cake with ice cream. I absolutely love apple pie but this was the best dessert we’ve ever had. We’ve been to Iceland twice and this made us realize we need to try more sit down restaurants

Had the most wonderful meal here. Would highly recommend the tasting menu. Staff were also lovely and the atmosphere felt cosy and intimate. It’s a small restaurant and popular, so make sure to book in advance!

The combination of a great location with a lovely view ... next to the harbour in Stykkishólmur... and delicious food placed this restaurant in my top three restaurant choices ... on my recent 2 month trip to Iceland. 👍😍👍🇮🇸😋👍

It is one of the best restaurants in Iceland. I would travel here to eat. The food is so amazing that it should have a Michelin Star or two. The scallops were delicous, and the wolf fish was so fresh it melted in your mouth.

Really good food here, it's a small restaurant with small plates, but the food and service is really good. It was a nice rainy candle light dinner by the window for me. The waitress was fantastic and very attentive. I think that the menu being put on a wooden fish skeleton in a QR code was pretty clever.

Best seafood dishes I have ever had! This place is worth a visit to western Iceland itself. Such unique flavors, complementing each other perfectly, we are amazed by this place and Icelandic cuisine. Staff is also super friendly and attentive, thanks for this great experience!

Really enjoyed it! I love the scallops and wolffish so much, fresh, tasty and all the ingredients are all combine in one go! Perfect!
