The supermarket is generally very crowded so recommend to go during off peak hours for the best shopping experience.

Well stocked. I live in the USA. The retail layout could be better but I think it is region specific ( I am not a retail specialist). It has a nice small snack bar with seating. Good selection of short eats, tea, coffee, cakes and ice cream.

It is with great regret I must say this, Last week I went to Arpico on the 22nd. It was during broad daylight, one of the supervisors to the counter staff handed over a pill in secret. I hear the new staff is asking what is it.. and the other reply it was given to prevent them from falling asleep after working late night shift. I am only a witness to this conversation. I am not sure exactly what is happening. May be the higher management look into this.

The best supermarket chain in Sri Lanka. Whatever you name, you will get here. The store is enormous and fully air conditioned. There is a small cafeteria inside the store. Commercial bank branch is available which operates until 6pm. An ample car parking space available. For electronics they have a segregated space.
