Keells - Union Place

I think this place is unique. I visited the store twice. First to buy some fruit and snacks and then to buy food for dinner. I found the food here fresh and comparatively cheaper than other restaurants in the area. The store is spacious and has a variety catering to the needs of all types of customers. I saw many business and office workers thronging to the store to buy fresh food and other items. Very nice experience.

This place has ample parking space. There is a small cafe but can be crowded in busy hours like lunch time.

They have a good selection of items and products where you can't find in some keells outlets. Also there is seating space available to have food and also somewhat easier to find a parking spot

I switched from Cargills to Keels thanks to this branch. They have everything from the visit I made today. Felt like shopping in a super market abroad.

Coffee station serving fresh coffee, waffles and patteseries. Bakery for freshly baked, ready to eat products. Fresh food for lunch and dinner. A kottu station and more. They even have ready made pizzas to just put in the microwave or oven and your good to go. Apart from that they have fresh juice and your usual grocery items.

To top it all up there is a self checkout counter for purchases less than 10 items. No more need of interactions with the team.

Keells at the Union Place is awesome. I have been visiting this keells for quite some time and this is a very convenient supermarket.

There are many parking slots available. If the parking seems like it's full, there are parking slots around the building too.

Shoppers can get the banking services from the Commercial bank which is located inside the premises.

This is a great place to grab food(proper meal or quick bit) too. You can get rice and curry, fried rice, nasi goreng etc for lunch. Kottu, Hoppers and many options are available for dinner. There is a juice station too. Prices are reasonable and quality-wise all the food and drinks are at a better level.

What differentiates Keels Supermarkets, especially the Union Place, is the unmatched service. Weighing veggies can be a hassle at many other supermarkets due to inattentive and unfriendly staff. This outlet stands out as possibly the only one around in Sri Lanka that has trained staff who serve the customers with a smile. Their self-checkout counter, ample parking, an extensive range of products and availability of meals set them apart from competitors.

Ideal location with a very spacious car park. The Supermarket is quite big, with many ranges and variety of items. Fruits are fresh as well as sea food. The highlight was the food station at the rear end of the supermarket. Try the chicken kottu which was really good and authentic sri lankan style. Usually crowded on weekends.

It's grocery store but they serve food also, they have food cafe. Food price are reasonable and tasty. Have plenty of parking space.

keels Super is Superb retail supermarket. This is the largest keels Supermarket in Colombo. convenient spot to buy various groceries. There are Fresh foods, sea foods, hot Bakery items, fresh meat also available to buy.

Good selection of food wasnt impressed with their warmed pizza think they was rushing to please as the staff are only young but not cooked through but still a good place and variety of goods and very friendly staff and security

Impressed with staff helpfulness and with cooked food options available in this supermarket. From curries to sushi to wraps sandwiches and a wide variety of fruits/ salads! There is also a small food-court (few tables) within the supermarket. Tidy and well organized. Good prices. Recommendable experience!

Spacious Parking facility. Newly renovated. Very much spacious super market. Bakery items are really good.

Everything is perfect except for the bakery staff. As in service is good, but at times they are nowhere to be found. 🤣

Loved the shopping experience here, only problem was with finding a parking slot, other than than, everything is actually good.
Loved the food from the kitchen.

I reached there at about 2.30 it was full of crowd ., we didn't even have a seat to sit. It was inconvenience to us to have our meal standing. But customer service is excellent. I would like to mention about the chef, he is super fast and hygienic too.

This place is great to hangout with friends and loved ones. Fresh juice with their meals😍.

Came here just to get the famous Elephant house hotdogs! Still the same great taste
