Garden View Betong Hotel

Room I think has been renovated, but the shower didn't do much.. Have a bit trouble at the shower as the water can't flow to drainage at some spots.. Room keeping was done while we are away, but didn't clean the floor.. Private parking is plenty.. Heaven for bikers because the main entrance area are reserved for big bikes.. Location is fine, just need to walk 10minutes to reach city centre, also there's another area 5minutes walk uphill where there is foods and convenient store.. Overall, it's still a pleasant stay and recommended.. I would stay again for sure..

bad service..i book room early @fb with hotel staff for 3 standart room,check in 2pm but room still not ready,counter say 3pm room ready but i come 3pm still not ready only 1 room..now until 3.45pm room still not ready..what the hell service u give to customer.i want see manager,manager dont want to see me to resolve this problem.i pay for rate 1 night 24hours but i get stay less 24 hour..check in late check out 12pm? i ask counter can give me discount for late check in but counter say cannot? i come for kl with bike so tired want shower n rest..lasty this i get book at ur hotel.better book chipper hotel rainbows, garden house,service tip top..

The hotel rooms don't get 5 stars but the staff do. Really genuinely helpful staff. The location is very central with ample parking and a nice area to sit out on and have a beer. Will definitely stay here next time

I was a first time to Betong without the room reservation . I looking the hotel from the internet that is everything were good review. The rooms were great and fantastic . Especially the reception who is working at 16.00 pm. All were happiness here with high recommending

Nice hotel to stay even it's look old. Good for bikers as you guys can park your motorcycle at the open space hotel entrance. Staff are friendly. They can speak malay also. There is a night market in front of the hotel. You can pay the Hotel and the night market using MYR currency. To ladies, please don't ask iron and hair dryer as they are not provide it.

Affordable and near all attraction. Service front office was very good.

The hotel has KTV karaoke and has Halal food kitchen for Muslim.
