Good and fast service by the immigration and customs staff there. But the counter quite hassle on the weekend or public holiday.

You need to fill TM6 form before get an entry stamp at immigration counter. However, they have filling form service with the payment of RM2 per form.

If you go to Thailand through this boundary, dont forget to take a picture at "WELCOME TO THAILAND" big wording at the hill.
