JD Roofing recently completed a roof replacement for my home in the Cleveland area. The replacement was a result of storm damage and involved an insurance claim. The sales consultant did a thorough job working with the insurance company. Upon the insurance adjuster's initial assessment my roof could be repaired, he came out with a drone and took some 20+ pictures of the damage, wrote up a thorough message to adjuster citing the relevant codes and spoke to the adjuster as to why it needed to be a full tear off and replace. Obviously, tear and replace means more money from the insurance company and the eventually it was approved and I was compensated on my claim accordingly. Install was completed in one day. The crew was professional and did a great job cleaning up and putting anything they moved back in its place. The roof looks great. If there is one complaint I would say it took awhile from them to do the job after I'd formally hired them. My roof had some missing shingles but wasn't leaking yet or anything so that wasn't a big deal. One could argue good good quality doesn't come fast and cheap. The sales consultant said several times that they have their own crews and don't subcontract it out. Overall I am very happy hiring this company as they seem focused on doing quality work rather than just churning out as many roof installs as they can as fast as possible.

Ours was a big job, tear down and replacement of roof, gutters, and siding. John, the owner, and his crew worked tirelessly on very hot days until every detail was perfect. They went above and beyond all expectations and the end result is truly a work of art. We cannot count the number of neighbors who stop by to tell us how beautiful it is. We couldn’t agree more! You will not find a harder working, more caring crew. Meticulous is the word we use to describe them-everything was left in better condition than when they first arrived, including our yard! I have been personally involved in replacing and repairing roofs earlier in my life. I have also observed the work of a number of roofing contractors during that time period. Never, however, have I seen a group of young work as hard as this crew. Their professionalism and attention to detail was exceptional. After performing a tear-off and new installation in less than two days, along with an intensive cleanup, the only evidence that they were here was looking up to see the new roof. They are an incredible group of professionals that I would recommend to anyone who is in need of roof work.

After months of searching for a company to replace our roof, I was lucky to find JD Roofing. From start to finish, JD Roofing is a 5-star experience - the first and last person you'll talk to is Chris, I kid you not, the best account manager in the industry. Their prices are spot on, and I can't stress that enough. If you get a quote for less, you're not getting the quality you need. If you get a quote for more, you're paying too much. These guys are the real deal. My roof was no easy chore, but they did it right and consulted me on every surprise - JD is a top notch industry expert and his crew is unmatched. They had no issue with me taking a look for myself at damages from ice dams and worked with me to find ideal solutions. JD and crew proposed and installed better-than-original solutions to complex problems created by some of the best builders and architects in Cleveland. After they left, the only thing you could tell that changed was my new beautiful roof - spotless cleanup. Seriously, these guys are unmatched any way you slice it.

We recently used JD Roofing for our roof and siding. They did an absolutely amazing job and we can't speak highly enough of them. They made us feel so comfortable throughout the whole process. Their communication was great and we felt comfortable to call with any questions. They completed both our roof and siding in two days and did a flawless job. Their attention to detail was great and the final product was more than we could have asked for.

JD Roofing replaced my old, leaky tile roof with a modern shingle roof in 1 day! They arrived just before 9am and we're finished before 4pm. Everyone on the crew was nice and seemed to take a lot of pride in their work. They cleaned up really well, you couldn't even tell that they were there after they left.

Mr. David & JD Roofing is the best around! What a wonderful price & experience compares to Pyramid Roofing, which was a very poor experience. I’m so thankful for this company being there for me!!!
