They have the nicest staff taking orders, have hot and yummy food, and are efficient time wise. Thank you honey, have a blessed day and come again! 😉😁

I had a sweet tooth & stopped by the drive-thru around 9:40 to get a late night treat. There were so many different types of ice creams, I decided to go in. The restaurant was empty and the floors were still damp from being mopped, but caution wet floor signs were up. The restaurant was closing at 10:00. The cashier was most helpful in describing the types of deserts & even brought to my attention a delicious new cherry, cream cheese pie, which was outstanding. I haven't been to a Jack's in years, but the menu looked great and I may go back for a lunch combo.

I stop by here for breakfast and dinner multiple times a month for almost a year now. I have never had an issue with service or the food. The employees I have spoken too always have a good attitude and very friendly. I will continue to eat here when working and become a little hungry.

The cashier was super friendly! I live in Georgia so I always loving visiting Jacks when I'm in Alabama. The food was still just as good as my last visit at a different location. Fries & sandwich was so hot that I had to let it cool before eating. It was such a wonderful wait. I'll definitely be driving 2 hours away again just to have my childhood & adulthood fave!

Foods on the tray in the time it takes you to order it! Amazingly crispy fries! Good burgers. Just delicious. Do yourself a favor, make sure you get the milkshake!

If you're traveling, there's an easy to reach plug in by almost every booth!

This was my first time going here since we don't have one near where we live. Our burgers, fries, and ice cream were delicious. It was a great experience for a fast food joint.

I stop by here every time I am in Heflin. Each visit is awesome. Customer service is always fast and friendly. Food is exceptional and always hot and fresh. Thanks to all the team members making this place awesome.

Definitely in the top three in fast food restaurants that I've ever been to. Food had an extreme freshness to it, hot, full of flavor. I only wish they had them available out west.

Great service and friendly staff. I ordered my food and it was quickly ready. The staff is on their toes and this location runs like a well oiled machine. The dining room is clean, the parking lot is clean and the bathroom was clean. It's a bit off the interstate, but worth the extra miles for a good home style meal at Jack's.

Sure there are Jack's Restaurants all over the south, but until you eat at the one in Heflin you cannot imagine the difference between Jacks employees cooking just for a job, and those who are working because they LOVE their customers. The Heflin Jack's is even our pick over Huddle House or Cracker Barrel. And if you are hot in the summer, you can stop by for a delicious REAL handscooped ice cream or milkshake, just like we could do 40 years ago! They have the best biscuit makers anywhere around, and we have traveled all over the United States and we know biscuits!!! LOVE that Saturday morning crew, and even the town gentlemen at the round table who are a little bit like "store greeters" when they see you come in. But get there early on a Saturday, or you may have to hunt for a table! EVERYONE knows this is the BEST Jack's around!

The food is always great, hot, and yummy, for a fast food place. I’d much rather eat real chicken from this place than eat McDonald’s. But lately the drive through line looks very long, every time I drive past. When I went through it last week, it took 25 mins to get the food. I asked for a free drink to make up for the long wait but was told no, they dont do that. And that they are short on employess right now so I understand the long wait time.

Great place management is improving 10 fold!!
