I have never felt compelled to leave a review of any business until i stopped at the fern park Krystal location in front of Lowe's off of 1792. The food i would not feed a stray dog. I watched the guy making food keep pulling up his pants with both hands and continued making food. Hair on the rim of my cup. Sprite tastes like garden hose. Not one pleasantry uttered. It wont happen again. No need for a robot response

Today's visit was great! The food was well prepared, hot and fresh. The manager apologized to us and explained the lobby closed early but ensured our course would be correct (previous visit was a mess & that's why we'd come in). The young lady taking our order was friendly and provided great customer service.

We were craving White Castle, but didn’t want to drive 40 minutes, so we stopped in for burgers and fries. The experience didn’t disappoint. The lady working the counter and cooking alone was fast, friendly, and efficient. Bonus: grabbed a few to go for the freezer.

Man the Krystals lady helped me out greatly. Sorry I didn't get your name, but I was dumb and forgot my wallet, and she allowed me to gather the proper information I needed to run my card via memory. It was amazing. Hope she sees my thank you!

I never had Krystal before. So this was my first time. I was skeptical because I knew their burgers were similar to white castle and I'm not a huge fan of them. But I got the chick sliders and fries, my husband of course grabbed the burgers and we got a chili cheese fries. I loved it all. Including the burgers. The fries are thick and delicious as well. Everything was tasty and fresh. The woman at the drive thru was so nice too. Their hot sauce is great on the chicken and the chili cheese fries. I am definitely a fan and I'll definitely be back. Loved it.

Had a wonderful experience here with my kids. Staff so friendly that my kids the whole ride home kept saying "they are so nice" 100 or more times. Food was fresh and restaurant was clean!

Breakfast is delicious folks. Eggs and grits with sausage and toast oh yeah!! Would recommend to everyone. Also the prices are very reasonable.

Krystal is a junk food classic! When you get a craving for those little Krystals on their steamed buns, nothing else will do. Don't underestimate their other menu items, as many are pretty good!

I know it's not fine dining, but I've always loved Krystal. It's sad to see so many of them closing, I think there's only a couple left in the Central Florida area. I hope the company survives. When I have a craving for Krystals nothing else will do. I've been going to the one in Fern Park, Florida for approx. half a century (50 Years). The food is good. The restaurant is clean and the employees are friendly. I'll keep going there as long as they're there!

Awesome, staff is very friendly and polite, the lobby was very clean and presentable just a bit on the cold side, bring a jacket, lol. The krystal burgers were great, fries were fresh. I love stopping here when I am in the area. Krystals has closed so many locations around me it's hard to get them but when I do they are always yummy.

My partner and I decided to drive around post-hurricane and we were delighted to see this location open. Despite the long drive thru of people hungry for a warm meal, the service was solid, and food was excellent. Shoutout to the crew who were on staff that day as our food certainly hit the spot.

We and my husband dined in, our food was great and Nicky rocked the show. She ran drive thru, Front Counter even had to help the 2 guys in the kitchen. Oh and I loved the donut hole....

Had a great experience with the staff working 10/16 around noon. I came in to fix a previous order that was missing some things and the staff went above and beyond and turned the experience into a great one! Food was fresh and delicious

Krystal's was exceptional service, quality and lovely yet friendly staff. The food was hot and fresh and very clean. Lovely treasure to visit and grab good food for decent price.

I come here from Altamonte a couple times a month for drive thru 3 egg breakfast. Eggs, tots, bacon, toast & medium coke under 8 bucks! In today's times - that is quite reasonable. Way better quality/taste than McD, cheaper too. I have a food tray that hooks up to steering wheel & enjoy breakfast next door in Home Depot parking lot, lol. I'm a picky eater, call me crazy but, I love breakfast here.

The woman working was by herself but still very friendly.
