Taco Bell

Came here around 12:30 from school it was slam packed! When I walked in there were 2 upset and nasty customers to the staff one was upset over the wait, which don’t come during the busiest hour and expect extremely fast service. Then the other one was upset over a human mistake of mixing her food up through drive through but acted crazy. The staff kept their composure and made sure to do the best they could with them being understaffed. KUDOS TO them, I wish I got their names because this staff has a smile even with the most chaotic and draining time of the day!

After years of patronizing Taco Bells across the country, this is our first review. We're senior citizens and this was such a pleasant dining experience on Oct 20, 2023 due to the way TB staff treated us. Ms. Jean, the manager, kindly and without hesitation satisfied a request from my wife. Adrian was very solicitous about our food and asked several times with a big smile if there was anything else that he could do. We walked away feeling like respected customer with a big smile, too.

Might sound stranger, but every time I order anything for my mom, the order always comes back completely wrong... sometimes as if they are giving us the wrong bag. But when we don't get her anything, everything is perfect, like literally never have problems getting things here other than when I get my mom anything.

We came to this store (495) on 2/5/23 around 10:10pm to grab some Mexican pizza’s for dinner as it had been YEARS since I’d been there and had one! In the parking lot I stopped to check the bag and saw that even though only one pizza was supposed to have no tomatoes, neither pizza had any, so we drove back through to tell them about it and hopefully get an exchange. To be honest though, I fully expected to be met with resistance and an attitude, just because that seems to be more commonplace nowadays, and to my absolute shock the woman working the window, Stephanie, apologized profusely for the mixup and ordered us 2 new pizza’s on top of what we already had gotten and also gave us a coupon for a free item to come back!
This is some of the best customer service that I’ve experienced in a long time so I will definitely be back and I would rather drive out of my way to go to this store in future rather than go to my local ones close to my house.

Why does this taco bell always come thru in a pinch? Because it do be doing that.

Good customer service is hard to come by these days. Nate deserves a raise. Thank you for your patience and making this quick trip to Taco Bell a pleasant one for me and my family.

I visited this location today and Mary took my order through the drive-thru. Her customer service skills were amazing and she was truly kind. Little did she know is the impact she was making in my challenging week. Thank you Mary!!!❤

These workers for the masses do their absolute best with how slammed this place gets. I've never been when there is no line granted I don't go often but the food comes out good 90% of the time and they get the order right 100% of the time.

Only complaints to taco bell... Have more people on over weekends to help with rush. Your workers are awesome, don't lose them by overwhelming them.

Don't like ordering from kiosk and trying to figure out how to add points to my rewards..had to go inside since the app couldn't offer a pick up time at my location and wanted to send me to a different location.

Jean is a gem of an employee!!! I had an issue where they did not receive my mobile order and the two employees at the window were incredibly rude and told me I wasn’t going to get my food. They sat there and argued with me. Jean immediately stepped in, looked at my order on my phone and made my order as quickly as possible. Jean is the definition of customer service!!!!

It was a bit of a wait but not horrible

It was almost 1AM, I'm coming out of work exahusted, and the only place open for food is Taco Bell. Again, it is 1AM, these kids still are kind to me, welcoming, and best of all, my tacos were made with Love. I always thank them for working late, because man, on top of the fact that we are so short-staffed everywhere, it's also late, and yet the girl at the cashier register still has the biggest smile for me. I'm telling you, this makes my whole night. Thank you guys, from a waitress to my favorite fast-food place. I love you

It's nice to see that some things never change - when I lived in Florida, not much more than a mile away from here, this was my go to place for excellent fast food. Seeing that it was still here brought a smile to my face, and a full stomach as only TB can. Just a side note, during this past visit, it was extremely busy and overcrowded, which is unusual for a Friday evening. They were understaffed, with only one register open and only three food-prep workers. However, I wouldn't let this deter me, as the girl that put our order in got it perfect (it was a large order, with complicated requests).

1am, staff were very nice and in good spirits. Was a long day and super helpful.

My nachos bell grande were fantastic! A lot of Taco Bell’s mess something up not this one! Perfect 👍

Great place and delicious food

Excellent! Fast and friendly staff. Order was large, but they got it right. All items we ordered were filled with plenty of meat, lettuce and cheese. We will be back.

I love this taco Bell but do not use the app!!! They are so busy that they do not fulfill online orders. Besides that this is by far the best taco Bell I've ever been to. Big burritos, always quality, got me through a lot of late nights. God bless taco bell 🙏
