Just went for gas

The staff was incredibly friendly. And then review is in no way indicative of their ability or politeness. Sadly the store is just tiny and very dated.

Furthermore they need to do something to fix the gas pumps. The pump was literally barely working. It took 12.5 minutes to pump 4 gallons. From the guy next to me, the pumps are like this all the time.

That really needs to be fixed.

I was there the other night (Monday) I request a case of water to this dude, I give u $20 dollars and I told him put the rest of the money in gas I keep waking w out ask him anything and from $20 dollars I only get 12.01 in gas! So pretty much he charged me $8 dollars for a case of water so I walk back to the guy w the case if
water and I return the case of water and I get my money back! By 8pm this pass monda! I thick he tried to steal couples of dollars or maybe the company is really charging $8 dollars for case! I don't know!

Lady at the front with reddish black hair rude and disrespectful:) I was counting my money on the counter and she looked at me crazy and said would you take change from someone like that? And I was like yea I wouldn’t mind then she was like don’t do it again get out my store bye and was just rude, I’ve been going to this 711 for years never experienced something like this. This is a 7-Eleven in name only, and not anywhere close to the usual standard for their stores. You won't find any of the things you typically expect from a 7-Eleven here: slurpees, hot food, bakery case, a variety of coffee, etc. The store is tiny and poorly maintained.

This has been the rudest 711 employees i have come across so far in Altamonte and its just sad. Its sad that these employees feel they csn talk to you any kind of way . i was disrespected 2x on 2 different occasion so i wont let them a 3rd one of the man seem rasict like he just dont like black. He was very rasict and mean. He said hello to the white couple but when i got up it was how can i help u. N just rude. . i will not go back and i told my family stay out of there

Employee who works in this gas station be stealing your debit card information and try to take your money your going to jail happen today may 10 2023 you know who you are police coming stay away from this gas station you better run it is happening investigate going on now close this gas station they are tricky going after older people

Been here three times in the past week to fill of my tires and the air pump has been broken. I go out of my to go home this way so I can get air, but end up wasting 15-30 minutes in traffic just to find out its still broken. How can I trust them to have anything in working order?

Notified attendant of tampered pump and was told to ignore it

Horrible experience every single time for last few months. I wish there was better way to describe this stor's catiac situation.

I was sold the defective lighter on purpose. Rude.
