Starbucks

I ordered on the mobile app yesterday, and my drink was wrong. By the time I realized it, I was too far away to go back and do anything about it, but I did go in today to request a remake. One of my favorites is a venti mocha, and the Vt on the label is very often confused for Wt (see photo), so they will make a white mocha instead (which I hate). It's not just this store - it's happened at least once at every location that I frequent. Very common and very frustrating for me. Anyway, when I requested a remake, Michael was very friendly and accommodating and got me the drink I'd ordered, even though it was from the previous day. It means a lot that they made an effort to make it right, so I just wanted to say thanks!

I got to say this place compared to Plainfield Starbucks this place is really amazing and more space and a lot more comfortable and friendly very nice Hospitality with the workers and employees here and it's very clean place.

Extreme line but very impressive on the speed and accuracy of their friendly service. You have a great team at this location!! Keep the good vibe going!!🤙✌☕

Honestly I always give Starbucks a 4 star because it’s generally only okay, but the people here make it great, so they deserve this.

This is by far the best Starbucks I’ve ever been to! Tara was amazing and was very helpful when I didn’t know what drink I wanted! She gave wonderful suggestions and never seemed annoyed by my many questions. That girl needs a raise! Keep up the great work here, baristas!

This is my second time coming to Starbucks, and I have to say I will definitely have to get a 2nd job to afford what I just ordered , a pink drink with a ham and cheese croisnt for $14.01 I definitely felt it was worth it 👌 also the customer service was great 👌.

The staff was friendly and the service was great. I ordered the pumpkin spice coffee and it was delicious.

Everyone at this Starbucks is so nice and I have never had any issues. Today was the first time I ever experienced a mess up. They made me an iced mocha instead of a hot one. I told the cashier that it was fine and I accepted it, and to fix the issue, he gave me a gift card and said that my next coffee was on them. I didn't catch his name, but he's got awesome customer service.

My students said, "They have really good drinks here, and we love your frappuccinos and cake pops! They are really nice employees that get your items quickly. We love it here!"

This is my all time favorite location!

When we pulled in, there were about 10 cars ahead of us in the drive thru! I was thinking it would take forever! To my surprise and delight, the line moved super fast! Our drinks were delicious and perfectly made! I always have a great experience at this location!

Always excellent service. The staff is friendly and always talks with me. My coffee is always hot and fresh. I know it's 3 dollars for my coffee but I'm willing to pay it because of the quality and the experience I have when visiting the store. Keep up the good work.

No I personally can't stand Starbucks I can't stand the smell of coffee. It makes me physically ill. But my sister and my youngest nephew we are all together and she wanted to go to the drive-through to get coffee because she's a coffee drinker. And she got a chocolate cake pop for my nephew and a glass of water for him. I didn't get anything. Like I said I can't stand the smell of coffee so I'm not drinking frappe from Starbucks.

I come to this location daily. The floors always clean. Trash always taken out. Tables always clean. Workers very polite and nice. No long waits, never that forgotten customer. Drinks always made perfect. I highly recommend this store.

Just went through the drive through and Harrison was awesome! I love it when I get to the window and someone actually chats with me and doesn’t just shove the drinks over and is short. And this location always makes my drinks correctly ♥♥♥

Went through Starbucks in Avon today. A hot cup to start the day. I like my coffee without any additives. No cream or sugar. Pikes Peak is my go to for a quick jolt to get the day going. The staff is always professional and courteous.

Amazing staff. Great coffee. I went in unsure of what I want but I knew what flavor I'd like and asked the staff. The staff member told me what all they had under that flavor. Was not a long wait at all. You are able to see them make you drink in front of you as well. Clean enviorment.
