The service was great, food was fast and fresh. The young lady taking my order was friendly and super cute. Overall I can’t complain. I will definitely be back at this location.

New franchise. Working through growing pains but definitely figuring it out & coming out on top. Food is great quality. Service keeps getting faster. Drive thru & mobile app lanes are the issue now but will get resolved. I'm proud to use this Chick fil a as my go to. Atta boy to the workers & management!

I'm not one much for fast food generally. Chick-fil-A is the exception. The food is always good. The service is always excellent. Highly recommend and will continue to eat here.

I was at Chick-fil-A to support a fundraiser for Kiwanis Club of Avon. Service was great and my salad was delicious. Thank you for supporting our community.

We took our 3 granddaughters on a “date” to their choice. Our 2 year old was acting tired and whiney. Normally she’s a voracious eater but wouldn’t touch her food. She moved to sit with grandma. Then she stood up and vomited everywhere. It was voluminous. Maybe her first time. All over herself, grandma and the floor. 4 productive heaves. We quickly stripped off her and grandmas jackets and grandma carried her to the restroom passing by an elderly employee whiling tables. She apologetically told employee our Grandprincess just got sick. I was moving our other granddaughters to another table when the employee showed up with towels and cleaning g supplies. I asked to help and she refused my aid. “No, this is what we are here for. We are here to serve you. Please take care of your little girls. I told her I felt bad not helping and leaving that for her. She repeated that it was no problem and added to please bring them back when they feel better. She was so sweet and service oriented. Made us feel cared for. Great job management in your hiring good character. I believe the younger staff are trained like her, but she was hired already this way, I’m sure. She is a great example for that staff.

Some of the best macaroni and chicken ever. I almost always get the chicken sandwich with pickles and barbecue sauce with some macaroni. It is always amazing!

We were disappointed that Corporate decided not to put a playground in this new Chick-fil-A. Children love your play areas. We probably won't go to this new one in Avon Indiana when grandkids are with us.😟

This Chick-fil-A is extremely friendly and fast. We love the staff! Grateful to have them on this side of Avon. The new facility is clean and inviting. This will be our neighborhood CFA!!!

Fast service. Staff very friendly and helpful. Food hot, fresh, and very good. Hasn't been open long, super glad they moved into our area. Great choice for chicken.

The staff is always very friendly and helpful. Just wish the sauce containers were a little bigger.

I'm not a big fan of the order counter. Much prefer the personal interaction with the associates while they assemble the meal.

Much better parking lot at the new one in Avon. Very nice Inside as well.
