Tried the Birria burrito for the first time. It was good. The tortilla was crunchy, and it was stuffed. Came with a drink and side of chips. This location is on a great corner spot with easy parking.

This was my first time ever eating at Pollo Loco, and they did not disappoint! The staff were fast, friendly, extremely efficient! And to top it all off the chicken was absolutely delicious!! I will definitely be back here soon!!

I went in to pick up lunch for my boyfriend to drop off for him at Westside Auto Parts, where he works. LOVR has construction all over the place so I wasn't super thrilled about going there but the service was super quick and painless and the food that I ended up buying for myself as long as I was there was really tasty. Waiting to hear about my boyfriend's Chicken Avocado Burrito but I'm sure that it was fresh and yummy like my meal was. Kudos to the counter staff for being pleasant and efficient. Yay!

Sad that the owners have the employees working in 120 heat with no working AC, over a roasting fire! Shame on you. Poor cashier said the AC has been broken for weeks. I could call 5 different HVAC companies and get them over her to fix it in a jiff. What is the problem. Some real bs.

This is a great El Pollo Loco at a great new and convenient location. We love the chicken Tostadas and enchiladas. Good and fairly healthy fast food while shopping south SLO.

I popped in on a whim to try out the double chicken avacado salad. I was really surprised when I saw the amount of chicken on the salad. It was two Real servings. Having the salsa bar is always a nice addition. I ended up skipping the dressing and had the avacado salsa and Pico de Gallo on it instead. Certainly made a repeat customer out of me!

good chicken, better for me since I wont have to go all the way to Popeyes anymore. The line is confusing all new visitors, its the opposite to where people wait for food, so people get in behind those waiting for food, and spawns confusion, but good fire-grilled chicken , had the chicken fajita burrito and 2pc. good sides, mac and chees a bit too watery but its aight
