We had a lovely dinner in the beer garden. All of our meals were lovely! Service was very quick and they had an area for children to play. Great all around!

The service lady was so nice! Even with 100 guests inside she was so relaxed and professional. The food was really nice! We will come again!

We've stayed there for an extended weekend and we loved it. Nice, friendly and helpful staff. Big, quiet rooms so there's enough space for the little ones to put their toys etc. Very kids friendly (there is a huge playground outside and an indoor one in the basement).
Delicious food, and also some good vegan options available! Definitely worth getting back!

An excellent place to stay in terms of convenience, quality of rooms and service, and the restaurant is excellent. The folks were great from start to finish. There is a bus stop within a 50 feet of the front door which provides an excellent way to go to and from Salzburg.

No complaints! Had the Cordon Bleu and it was amazing! Followed it up with a Kaiserschmarnn and it was fantastic! Biertgarten has a play area for children as well.

Cozy hotel with a great restaurant. Excellent location far enough away from the city to be peaceful but close enough to explore the hustle and bustle of Salzburg

Restaurant here is so good! Both food and service was perfect. What impressed us was one senior waiter. He was so friendly and hospitality. Definitely will visit here again in the future!

Absolutely amazing service. The staff were so friendly and went out of their way completely to provide some vegan breakfast options for my husband. We had a wonderful three days there and would recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for great customer service, great food and with nature walks all around! We will be back!

This lovely guesthouse has an antique charm about it with it's wooden furniture and showcases full of old dolls within the corridors. The best possible location - close to the mountains with a gentle stream flowing nearby, acres of farms with cute animals and horse riding just a stones throw away, a surprise treehouse 5 mins walk from the hotel, Schloss Hellbrunn 30 mins walk away, and the city 20 mins bus ride away!
The hosts make you feel welcome immediately. The variety available for breakfast itself makes you full ! Lot for activities for children available as well on site. I'd say this is one of the best options available in Salzburg!

Plenty of space on the edge of town. Beautiful view of the Untersberg mountain and the Tennenberg range. Very cool children's playroom in the basement.

Very friendly service, great salads, different types of typical Austrian food, wonderful garden. We enjoyed our stay and will come back for sure.

This is a modern restaurant with plenty of atmosphere. Despite the size you can get a table in some very cosy side rooms. But even the main dining room has plenty of privacy for each table.
It is gorgeously fitted out, everything from the leather bound menus, the special material serviettes to the traditional Kachelofen in winter (that's a typical alpine enclosed wood fire heater), it all adds up to a great place to feel comfortable in.
Food ranges from traditional Austrian evergreens to some more modern and trendy dishes. Prices are in the mid to upper reasonable Band.
During summer and Salzburg weather permitting you can enjoy the gorgeous outside garden area. Grab a table there (it's often busy and not always easy to find a table there), you will not regret it. That's when the place I would say turns into one of the prime spots in Salzburg to eat.
Parking is easy and children are taken care of with the outdoor playground (that is pleasantly distanced from the dining areas btw).

well maintained local restaurant in a beautiful, quiet setting with Untersberg scenery, ordered piglet with sauerkraut salad and homemade apricot dumplings, both very delicious, proper coffee also, very popular place for cyclists to stop by due to the beautiful gastgarten, for people with less hunger they offer a salad bar and other traditional cold dishes
