Not cheap but very good service and friendly staff at the lift stations. Season-Card for kids is a great offer if you book before Dec 5.

-very punctual and friendly staff
-opening hours are respected(8:30-16:15)
-moderate skipass prices
-slopes are perfectly groomed in the morning
-usually not a wait for boarding the cable car between 8:30-9:30 and 12:00-16:15

Highly recommended for families with small kids. They will have a lot of fun on the playground at the top of the mountain and certainly also enjoy the lifts, nature and great views.

Gondolas look still brand new, very fast throughput. The options from easy to most difficult coming down offer options for every level and type of skier/snowboarder.

Cable cars are running every 20 minutes. No queue, no nerves. A breathtaking panorama of Hohe Tauern which can be visible from Schlossalm or Stubnerkogel
