I visited this shop to buy a guitar case for my brother. I have no idea about guitars or cases but the personnel there was more that helpful in presenting to me the available options and helping me take a decision. The price of the case was quite reasonable and the case was very sturdy, it survived a flight in the baggage space of the aircraft. Would definitely reccommend!

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would because the service here is absolutely fantastic. And I mean it 100%.

The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and very professional. I came here wanting just to replace a G string for my guitar, but the staff educated me that all of them needed replacement.

I was further attended by a man called Andi, and oh wow - what a fantastic professional he is. Not only does he perform his job with excellence, he is very knowledgeable and educated me on the process of replacing the strings and maintaining them in good order.

If you want the best music service here in Salzburg, I can definitely recommend KEY-WI, because they are high- quality professionals. No doubt. These are the kinds of people you want to do business with.

Bin auf dieses Geschäft gestoßen, weil als einziges dort das Pioneer Djm V10 lagernd war. Anfangs angerufen, extrem freundlich und hilfsbereiter Mitarbeiter. Anschließend bestellt, Produkt am Tag darauf versandt und 1 Tag später hielt ich das Produkt in den Händen. Alles super und sicher verpackt und das Produkt ebenfalls top, werde hier gerne auch künftiges Equipment kaufen wirklich Spitze gelaufen
