A glimpse of italian style and flavours.. That's the very best place in town where you can relax yourself and have a faboulous drink, cocktails are amazingly tasteful and you can not found a better Cappuccino than this. I Really recommend it also because Valerio, the owner, is super kind !!!

My husband and I came to Valerio’s for dinner and drinks after a friend recommended it. We were so glad we did! Valerio is like an artist at work when making drinks. Our drinks and food were amazing! I highly recommend coming here.

I had the chance to stop by Valerios while searching for a place for an Italian aperitivo and ended up in this cosy location.
We had a typical Italian Spritz and a charcuterie board: tasted amazing!
By talking to the owner, Valerio, I realized that all products come from Italy.

So viel Dolce Vita auf so wenigen Quadratmetern. Die Italienische Bar in Salzburg eine Perfekte Ergänzung zu den schon bekannten.

Ein Café und eine Bar in einem mit einem sehr stilvollen Ambiente im Kaiviertel. Das Valerio's überzeugt mit einer einfachen, aber gut vorgestellten klassischen italienischen Karte von Café bis hin zu Aperitif und einer sehr feinen Speisen -Auswahl im typischen Italien Flaire.

Das Personal war absolut hervorragend, sachkundig und aufmerksam, ohne aufdringlich zu sein.

Der Espresso hatte eine perfekte Crema die Antipasti war ausgezeichnet. Sehr zu empfehlen, diese dort zu essen. Der Cocktail war Perfekt - Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Tolles Lokal! Sehr freundlicher Kellner der seine Cocktails mit Leidenschaft mixt! Auch die Jausenplatte ist sehr appetitlich angerichtet! Auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert!

Da Valerio si sta sempre bene. Ambiente accogliente e informale, cocktail speciali, decisamente sopra la media. Antipasti e focacce sono freschi e sfiziosi.

Eine richtige italienische Bar mit einem echten italienischen Padrone!
Die focaccia schmeckt hervorragend und das Tiramisu ist ein italienischer Traum. Wir saßen im "Gastgarten" - ein typischer Salzburger "Schanigarten" und sogar mit kleinem Ausblick auf die fortezza.
Die Krotachgasse in Salzburg bekommt durch Valerios Bar echt italienisches flair.
