Best Alm in the whole aki region. Only a couple of plates, but all very delicious. Great wine list and very friendly waiters. Need to reserve during meal times or come after 2.

If you are looking for an authentic alpine hut still with traditional atmosphere this place is a wonderful spot. Rather small and therefore quite busy mountain hut with homemade traditional recipes like all kind of strudels and of course damped Germknödel (sweet dumplings with plum jam filling) in the tourist version (with vanilla sauce) or genuine with butter and poppy seeds. As you can expect in such environments slightly higher priced but excellent value for your money.

This place is amazing. I spent two days here and I was so relaxed by the end. The host and her daughter were so helpful and kind. The food was out of this world. I can't recommend this place enough. We even had a late night wood fired hot tub over looking the Alps.

A superb Hütte, really comfortable, traditional and gemütlich! A good range of meals and drinks, freshly prepared with healthy ingredients and all absolutely delicious. Friendly staff and excellent service.

the quality of the food and drinks, the welcome and friendliness of Isabella and her team and the love and taste which went into the renovation of this old hut, is incomparable....
it's a must to visit, if you're around and to take your time, to discover everything....
it's a one off experience...

Für uns ist die Zachhofalm die schönste Hütte weit und breit. Die Speisekarte ist kreativ und abwechslungsreich gestaltet und gekocht und bedient wird hier mit sehr viel Liebe.

Meine neue Lieblingshütte am Hockönig! Das Essen war wirklich extrem gut, schmeckt wie zuhause gekocht (bussin)

die Preise sind eher teuer aber Preis-Leistung stimmt trotzdem!

Mit eine der schönsten Hütten hier in der Region. Alles Liebevoll gestaltet und der kleine Teich lädt im Sommer zum abkühlen (Beine) ein. Getränke und Essen sind sehr gut. Preise sind ebenfalls okay. Jedes Jahr einen oder sogar zwei Besuche wert!

Der Aufstieg ist gut zu machen. Der Ausblick ist schön. Auf jeden Fall muss man hier übernachten, am besten in einem der drei „Wellnesszimmer“ mit Badezuber. Abendessen und Frühstück sind vorzüglich, der Alm-Mule sehr lecker und der Aufenthalt ein Erlebnis. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und unglaublich flott.

Eine wunderschöne Alm für eine Einkehr und auch für Übernachtungen. Die Zimmer sind sehr gemütlich, sauber, das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Wir waren im Zirbenzimmer übernacht; abends gab es ein 5-Gänge-Menü im Zimmer-Preis inbegriffen. Es gibt unterschiedliche Übernachtungsmöglichkeiten zu unterschiedlichen Preisen. Das Essen ist frisch und sehr lecker zubereitet.

Auf der Zachhofalm kann man gemütlich bei super leckerem Essen und Trinken verweilen. Nach einer einstündigen Wanderung sind wir hier eingekehrt. Die Preise sind normal, der Service schnell und freundlich. Wenn man hier etwas ißt, noch ein bisschen Platz für den Kaiserschmarren reservieren. Der ist sensationell. Komme gerne wieder hier her.👍👍👍👍👍🌟

Die Zachhofalm ist eine kleine, aber sehr feine Ruheoase - wunderschön gelegen, das 3-Gänge-Menü am Abend war vielfältig und wirklich köstlich (für uns vegan!!) und die Atmosphäre war vom ersten Momentan an sehr angenehm. Ein wirklich gemütlicher, schöner Ort, liebevoll geführt und alle waren sehr herzlich. Vielen Dank!!
