Gasthof Wastlwirt

I had to cancel a reservation here last minute and Gasthof Wastlwirt graciously refunded me even though the free cancellation date had passed. Thank you and I hope to come back soon!

Super little place. Very friendly and helpful staff / family. The only issue is the smoking from downstairs filters in to the rooms at the top of the landing. The little beer garden is just amazing and the guest house is a hop and bus trip away from Old Town. Definitely worth a stay.

Service there was excellent and the staff was so friendly and flexible towards us. Rooms were clean and comfortable and also the restaurant was cosy and food was delicious. We warmly recommend staying at Gasthof Wastlwirt!

I just had lunch here, I am very happy and satisfied! Very good local dishes with a twist. Service was nice and friendly, the Beer was delicious because the main local beer factory is just across the street.

The staff are very nice and friendly.

You can stay on top of a bar. They have nice selection of food and beer. For the guests they have amazing snack baar, take some and leave cash in the box.

Authentic Austrian food, great atmosphere, super friendly service, lots of beer from the brewery next door and fair prices. Plus, the rooms are large, clean and quiet.

Lovely location and tour

we stayed one night and had dinner at the restaurant in the same Gasthof, hotel basic, clean and comfortable not luxuries, food at restaurant typical from the area really recommendable, we didn't have breakfast, not parking for the hotel, it is driving distance 10 to 20 min to the historical center and Mozart house, consider that shops close early in the area

I stayed yesterday and checked neighbors this morning and my pillow is in the room. i'll go find it tomorrow
