I brought a very rare Specialized Allez Red Hook Crit frame from this shop. The bike arrived extremely well wrapped and I was over the moon with the service I received from the shop. I had a great experience with Radsport Wagner and especially Franz in the service department. I’ve been in the UK and Europe this summer, racing and touring, and had a crash on my bike July 8 in Zell am See. We were staying in Salzburg on July 9 so I stopped at the shop to see if I could get the bike inspected and adjusted post crash. Franz paid a great deal of time and attention to the bike and was able to troubleshoot all the issues. Things were fixed and I picked the bike up same day. I highly recommend this shop for cycling retail and service when in Salzburg.

On our way to Italy following the Bodensee-Königssee Radweg and Alpe Adria Radweg, my bikegear crashed. As we had to reach our flight back to Norway from Venice a week later, we needed help immediately. The guy at Radsport Wagner Saltzburg met us with a smile and fixed the bike at once. So kind and helpful!

I recently visited Salzburg for work and planned a long bike tour around the Lake District on my day off. Unfortunately, my original bike rental plans through another company fell through the day before. I scrambled to find other rental agencies in this area and, with less than 24 hours notice, Radsport Wagner let me rent a high quality race bike (Specialized Allez Comp) in my size, with the correct clipless pedals. Franz was incredibly helpful, did a quick bike fit, supplied a saddle bag, spare tube/pump, helmet, and helped me attach my cycling computer. The bike was in great condition, shifted perfectly, and was well-maintained. I would definitely rent from Radsport Wagner again. The quality of their bikes and service is impressive.

The guys were extremely helpful and efficient in fixing mine and my boyfriends bikes. They were really friendly and I would recommend their services to anyone in and around Salzburg!

I rented a city bike to explore the fantastic cycle paths south and north of Salzburg on my recent trip and it was the best way to see some of the wonderful sites off the beaten path.
The bike was in top shape, well maintained and good price.
