A decent Austrian restaurant who invents classical cuisine in a new inspired way. Check out their "Ruabntopf" a stew with mixed vegetables and meat. Delicious!

Excellent. This place serves traditional Austrian food in a modern atmosphere — feels hip, but sticks to local traditions. Situated next to a majestic lake, the quality of the food they serve is excellent: everything is fresh made, and tastes delicious. You’ll never go wrong with one of the Austrian classics like Schnitzel, they served some of that on the table next to me. The selection I made was great — it’s mix and match as you like, with fresh bread served and a combo of horseradish / mustard sealing off the taste experience nicely. Service was friendly and always there for you, just as you’d expect of it when being served in Austria.

Very nice restaurant in Strobl. Cool vibes especially if you sit outside on a sunny day. Located in a few minutes walking distance from the lake. The food was wonderful, both the steak salad and fish were great except for the pretzel which was a bit dry. If you’re in the area, give it a try!

Probably my favourite place to eat in Austria!
We have discovered this place around a year ago with my partner and have already come back four times in three trips to Austria (tells you how amazing it is).
The service is impeccable, the drinks are on point the atmosphere is great but the best thing here is the food! We have now tried most things on the menu and have tried various different dishes of the day (todays ribs were a pleasure in the mouth like no other, meat falling off the bone) but the Schnitzel remains the king of the castle! We have tried many and come to Austria several times a year and have never found something like it!

Just go there, you will not regret it!

Awesome food. The red sausages were very special and the taste of it lingered in the mouth. Try also the stobler helles.

The restaurant was a traditional Austrian style, the service was fast, kind and excellent, the food was good and the waiter's recommendations were good and accurate.
The price is very reasonable and there is also a local beer produced in the restaurant, and it is an excellent lager beer.

The food was great. It is one of the very few places in Strobl that doesn't close in the afternoon so it's a good option for late lunch.

Exceptional friendly service. Nice venue. Awesome selection of beverages. The menu is condensed, but offers good regional/Austrian options. The food is affordable and very good!
We tried the Krensuppe (an absolute must if you like spicy, tasty soups). The schnitzel is very good. If you're up for a sweet treat, I can warmthly recommend the brownie. It's de-li-cious!
