Incredibly tasty dinner at Die Weisse. Very busy but they found us a lovely table in the beer garden. Quick service, the waitress was fantastic. We had the Pinzgauer cheese dumplings and Hungarian goulash. My god they were sooooo full of flavour, just delicious and highly recommended ! Lovely evening meal!

We had dinner, which was so delicious.
There are many different areas to sit and have a drink or have a dinner or both. Highly recommended, but don’t forget to make a reservation before you go.

Took a chance going to Die Weisse on our last night in Salzburg after not being able to book a table online. On arrival it is clear that you do need to book, all of the tables were reserved with a majority of them after 7pm so since we were only there to eat and leave they allowed us to have a table. It seems once a table is reserved, it is booked out all night with most guests staying to drink all night too.

Both the husband and I ordered the roast pork with dumpling and cabbage, i ordered the small version and my husband ordered the regular size. The difference being extra meat but was superb in every way. Was hot, fresh and was absolutely delicious. Easily my best meal of all i have eaten during my short stay in Salzburg. Drinks were good too, my husband had their house beer and said it was the best beer he had in salzburg too. It turns out they have their own brewery.

Very good value, we paid less than €40 not including service. Highly recommended and would eat here again. Just make sure to book in advance.

Don’t be fooled when you walk in the front door: there is an ENORMOUS beer garden dining area in the back. Beer and wine options are plentiful. Food portions are generous.

I was very pleased with the lunch I had at this restaurant! The service was excellent, and the behavior was quite pleasant. The dishes I ordered tasted so fantastic that I was ready to eat every meal there 😄 I wouldn't hesitate to come again on my next trip!

PS:I'm posting only 2 photos because the other dishes were eaten so quickly that I didn't have time to photograph them.🤣

The food at Die Weisse Biergarten is soo good. Came here after a really bad experience at another place called Fuxn(don't go by their reviews).
The service staff at Die Weisse were extremely friendly and spoke both English and German. We loved the food here so much that we had 3 meals here. Loved their in house brew too.
They have a huge screen and multiple televisions that show the football games.
A must visit place for good food and a great friendly atmosphere.

My family and I ate here for dinner. It was a pleasant atmosphere, and the people were friendly. We ate outside under an umbrella by the image of the woman riding the bottle. I got lemon soda, a soft pretzel, and a hot dog with bread for dinner and the warm chocolate cake for dessert. Both my parents immensely enjoyed their Goulash, and my mother commented on this being the real deal. It made her reminisce about her time here in Austria during her college years, a long time ago. My sister liked her Bratswurst with the sourkraut and potatoes. She ate every last bite. A good tip was left for our waiter.

I had a feeling this would be my favourite place of the trip and I might be right! We ordered two dishes: 1) Salzburger Bierfleish - This had perfectly tender meat and the stew was so good! I thought the egg dumplings had a nice cheesy taste to them and their texture was very much like gnocchi, which is an amazing mouth-feel. 2) Hungarian goulash - The galoush seemed to have more of a tomato taste in the stew so if you’re a fan of that then it’s a good one. The meat in this one was similar but was not as tender. Still, the dumpling was flavourful and not as mushy as others I’ve tried.
This place deserves its good ratings. The staff was friendly enough to direct us to their free parking and serve us with benevolence.

Tasty traditional food. We tried the meat and cheese platter with a local potato cheese spread. Main course was their version of pork knuckle. Of course their special seasonal strong beer for fasting period and original wheat beer and Salzburger beer.

One of the best dark wheat beers ever!!!
But service wasn't the best. May be because we were tourists and only ordered beers 🍻 .

But my wife who is not a great fan of dark beer, also loved it. Speaks volume of the beer quality 👌

Die Weisse is a must-visit for food enthusiasts who are looking for a perfect dining experience. From the moment I entered the restaurant, I was blown away by the warm and cozy atmosphere, which immediately put me at ease.

The staff were extremely friendly and attentive, providing me with recommendations and catering to my every need throughout the meal. The menu boasts a wide variety of dishes, but the standout for me was the roasted pork. It was cooked to perfection, juicy and tender, with a perfect balance of flavors. The sides that came with it were also delicious, adding an extra layer of texture to the dish.

After the main course, I indulged in the dessert, and it was simply yummy. The presentation was stunning, and the flavors were incredible, making it the perfect way to end the meal.

To top it off, the beer selection was impressive, and the staff were knowledgeable about the different types and flavors, making it easy to find the perfect match for my meal.

Overall, I highly recommend Die Weisse for anyone looking for a great dining experience. The food, staff, beer, and atmosphere were all fantastic, and I can't wait to go back and try more of the menu.

Nice big beer hall, solid choice for a group dinner. The Schweinbraten was superb, And the haxe as well. However, the schnitzel was disappointing, so maybe avoid that.

Service was quick and attentive. Has a house beer. Did bring up some wrong orders several times. (Sparking instead of still water, etc.)

This spot isn’t too far from the old town of Salzburg and a nice place to try traditional food from Austria. The ambiance was nice and the servers were overall pretty helpful. The schnitzel was decent and the milk strudel was delicious. The beer I got was decent as well. The interior is pretty nice too and feels like a traditional beer hall.
