This BCF is the best one I have been to for fishing gear with super nice people and really good service everyone there is super kind and helpful and they have heaps of good gear to buy especially for fishing gear which has been hard to find recently so I give this easily a 5 stars without doubt.

If you want to get into camping and need the right stuff you have to visit BCF Belrose. Ask for Adam. He was informative, professional, unbiased and extremely helpful even though I wasn’t ready to buy. Really appreciated the BCF camping checklist - 👍👍👍

First time shopping here and had lots of fun browsing around all the toys.
I purchased some fishing gear and the young guy was very helpful and friendly.
It isn't cheap but the gear is good quality and the range is excellent.

I got a Okuma jaw spinning rod from bcf Belrose. After about a month using it the tip eye broke off, and the handle below the reel snapped off. I called bcf Belrose and told informed them about it, they told me to come in and when I went in they gave me a brand new rod with an upgrade (I had the 2-4 KG but they gave me a 3-6 Kg). In conclusion I am very satisfied with the customer service. Mitchell was the one who served me, very kind and caring!

Staff are friendly and helpful, any fishing enthusiast would be impressed with their range of equipment and tackle along with the free reel spooling service they provide and thier range of camping products is great.

Had to come from Central coast to here to pick up Kayak with friends, the staff here are so friendly helpful go out the way to help you, and they understand the products that they sell, 5 star rating to Gemma is certainly a real Gem, and Jessica were wonderful staff members BCF should never let go. I got a catalog in the mail and visited the store for a deal.
I was immediately greeted on arrival by Staff member Brett, who went above and beyond to locate missing stick (which was outback).
I don't usually shop at this store, but now will make the trip to this location for the convenience of the car parking and also the great service.

Went into Belrose for some Gold Zinc Splice clips.As I passed through the front the door I heard a voice say "Can I help you sir".
I told the assistant what I wanted and a lady, who was within earshot assisted me and then put my goods through the checkout.
Seamless, efficient service.

Johnny is the best sales person by far. He is knowable and careing. He will not sell you stuff that isn't need. Always love going in to the store and seeing his happy face.

These guys were great. My son really wanted a Spider-Man fishing rod. These guys went beyond being helpful. Thank you for providing top service. I will be back.

- Mar 20: Went to BCF Belrose looking for a fire pit/camp stove. Exceptionally professional, knowledgeable and helpful team through the whole process. I left happily with a new OzPig Traveller which suits my needs to a tee!
- Apr 20: After hearing via a community Facebook group that my new OzPig was stolen from my driveway on Anzac Day (I’m also a veteran), John (manager) at BCF Belrose was quick to offer up a brand new replacement unit as a gift that same day, pledging that no way should something like that happen to veteran on Anzac Day. True values and community spirit on display from the store manager. I’m humbled, and a customer for life
