Bed Bath N' Table Belrose

Really impressed by the attentive service provided by Amelie. Had a beautiful manner over the phone and in person, not just towards myself but other customers before me. Very knowledgeable and helpful with suggestions. Nothing too difficult for her. Collected a number of items from other stores and kept me very well informed. Great quality products at competitive prices with outstanding staff- what more can you ask for?

Came in a couple days ago to find a quilt cover and candle. Was pleasantly surprised by the great service offered especially by a young man named Kieran. Overall great service and got what I was after

Amazing customer service. I went in to buy a quilt cover my girlfriend had sent me to get. I didn't have the name but had a photo of what the cover looked like, and the staff were amazing in helping me find the right one. The store was also set up really nicely which was nice to see

The Supa Centre ‘Bed Bath N Table’ is such a neat and organised store with fantastic staff and customer service. All female staff were extremely helpful when I was having troubles finding a quilt I had seen online. Staff member Jacqueline went out of her way to help me find the product straight away, which I am very appreciative of.

I visited this store early August. I was looking for a quilt cover and spotted one just out of reach on an upper shelf.

A step ladder was right there, so I put 1 foot on the first step and took the package from the shelf. A voice from the other side of the shop screamed out in front of a few other customers "excuse me get off the ladder" she then came over, folded the ladder closed and said "customers aren't to use the ladder" she simply took the ladder away without offering assistance. I commented if customers weren't to use the ladder perhaps it shouldn't be left open and available. She pointed to a very small sticker on the top step that read staff use only and said "the sign is there"

I would have thought good customer service would be to not scream out across the store but to come over and say "hi, let me do that for you, how can I help?" and discreetly fold the ladder closed... not to humiliate a customer in front of others, however, no assistance was offered, she just walked off, ladder in hand. That's just good customer service, to be offered help and not to embarrass a customer... I'm sure companies use the term "excellent customer service " for a purpose.... well that didn't even score good, try embarrassing and disgusting!

So then I wanted to look at another product on a high shelf... looking for staff i see one serving a customer, one on the phone and another up a ladder dusting shelving!! No service was offered to me, only reprimanded, walked away on and no assistance. I left the store!!

I sent an email to their designated email address on the 11th August asking that the area manger of that store call me to discuss my experience. I received a reply stating that they were experiencing unusually high volumes and that someone would contact me within 4 days... it's the 30th August now and no contact. I was not going to do a review, however give them the opportunity to know of my experience at the Belrose store.

As a result of their neglect both in store and at corporate level this review is posted!!!
