I am writing to express my extreme pleasure and delight with the service provided by Daniel Reisemann at the Harvey Norman Belrose store. Daniel was extremely helpful to us in sourcing the kitchen appliances we were seeking and he provided fantastic service, from price to after sale/delivery. Great prices, quick delivery and personal service.

Daniel guided us with his knowledge as we sourced for ovens, range hood, cook top, laundry sink, kitchen sink and tap mixers. It was a great transaction. Daniel always emailed us with updates on the options and order. It was a great experience. Got the best price in the market as well.

Daniel has always gone above and beyond for us. We have been to half a dozen of other retailers and in the end we returned to Daniel because of his knowledge, personable service and recommendations. He didn't push for a sale but readily provided answers to our questions and allowed us to process the information and make our own minds up in our own time. There were a couple of times where he stayed back (for at least 30 minutes) although the store was closed for the day to attend to us. He even provided excellent service after the sale and delivery of the appliances.

We are grateful for a great experience. We are very happy with the purchase. Will be definitely going back to Daniel and his colleagues again. Great place for kitchen equipment. Good collection and great customer service! I can't recommend Daniel highly enough.

Unexpected.
I bought an “ on display “ coffee filter machine for a reduced price.
Unfortunately when I came home I discovered that the filter was missing. I rang Harvey Norman and they straight away apologised for the inconvenience and ordered a filter in.
Today I received a phone call that the filter had a arrived and if they could drop it off at. Y place! Yes please, wat an excellent service. Thank you very much!

Entered the tech/ appliances dept in the Belrose store this morning and was greeted with “hello can I help you with anything” (she could not at that moment but I was blown away) in the friendliest voice and an added lovely happy smile on her face.
As she served customers I spoke to Mark (boss) about this experience and after watching Mark with the customer he served previously and the way we conversed it is easy to see that this great service is flowing down as it should. Definitely think Sarah should get a reward for just being there adding sunshine. Well done Belrose Lifting the spirit!!

Visited today looking for a bedroom heater. A salesperson offered me some assistance within 2 minutes and was super friendly and offered some great advice. Being a bit techie and automating things at home, I had a few different questions and they promptly found someone else to fill in the gaps and helped me to make a simple decision.

They then argued amongst themselves to give the other person the sales commission which I thought was very sweet. Signs of a happy team. 😁

We bought a coffee table from here. And there was a problem with it after a few days as we noticed The main top panel was not sitting on the frame evenly. We went back into the shop and explained the problem. They sent someone out the next day and they gave us a full replacement. This was great service.

I bought a new TV from here, unfortunately the screen was cracked on arrival - Matt the manager was amazing at getting everything sorted. I was dreading getting it sorted, but he got everything fixed super quick. Really appreciate his help

I bought a mini food processor this afternoon and was very happy that they price matched. I wish I had paid attention to the name of the young lady who served me. She was extremely helpful & friendly. Had to go to the warehouse up the road to get the colour I wanted but it was a very smooth process. The fellow at the warehouse was extremely friendly too. Superb customer service all round. A very happy customer.

Paulo has been extremely helpful from the beginning to end of sale. Very knowledgeable and great service. I do recommend a visit to Harvey Norman home appliance section, in Belrose, because of him. Cheers!

So much to turn a house into a home, you could furnish your entire home from one store! We love it!

I went to Harvey Norman at the Belrose SupaCenta to buy a microwave. The young man that served me was delightful and asked if I wanted help taking it to my car. I thanked him for the offer but said I was fine.
I had made it up the first escalator and was wishing I had taken up the offer for help when another man comes up behind me and says, "I work for Harvey Norman can I help you take that to your car?" I told him I was parked at the very back of the carpark and didn't want him to waste his lunch break but he insisted on helping. I thanked him and handed over the microwave.
Almost at my car, thanked him again for taking time out of his break to help me and he tells me that it will be ok if he is back a little late as he is the proprietor!
Impressed? I was. I have told this story to everyone I have spoken to this week.
With service like this why would you go anywhere else?

We bought a kitchen bundle through Harvey Norman, Belrose and it was hands down the best and most honest customer service we have received in our search.

Daniel Reisemann was our appliance specialist and he deserves more than a 5 star rating. The most helpful, honest, reliable, and informative (and patient) person we have ever dealt with.

We recently purchased a TV online but it was shipped from the Belrose store. We had it wall mounted the day it was delivered but couldn't get the remote to pair after trying everything. I rang and spoke with Ray, who was really helpful and offered to come out on his day off to assist me (from the Northern Beaches to my house in West Pennant Hills). Ray wasn't able to get it working either but told me he would sort something out for me when he was at work the next day. He rang me the next day to say, he would have a tech out in a few days to remove the non working tv and wall mount the new tv for us. Brilliant! Ray then rang me the next day to say he hadn't realised the last of their stock had been sold (of this particular tv and the next shipping wouldn't arrive until late November. Before I could say how disappointed I was, he offered to replace my TV with a higher spec tv at no extra cost to me. The guys came out today, swapped it all over and got it working for me. Couldn't have asked for better service. I don't mind an issue, so long as there is assistance to rectify. Thanks Ray! I really appreciate that you went above and beyond to assist me. Next time I need something from Harvey Norman, I'll take the drive out to Belrose. Cheers.

Bought 2 TV's! Got a better deal here than I could get from JB HiFi. Ask for Steve! He is very knowledgeable on all the brand's available in store. I was not pressured into making a decision. Steve was great to deal with. Cheers 👍👍

Have been doing a fair bit a research before buying a tv, and I must say that Steve was extremely knowledgeable and amazingly helpful. He didn’t mind spending a lot of time with me and I never felt pressured. I also must say that after looking at many tv displays in a number of different store Harvey Norman Belrose display is by far the best on the northern beaches. Pay tv and free to air on display (which is far more realistic for home use then the 4K promotional stuff usually only shown in other stores) and different models of same brand were able to be compared side by side, which again was great in grappling with the array of models available. Thanks again Steve for a fantastic shopping experience.
