Baby Bunting Belrose

I went in to get a click-and-collect, which was an easy process. The lady at the front counter was lovely, and the store was incredibly tidy and well-organised. I parked right out the front and got exactly what I needed in under 10 minutes off I went.

Yesterday afternoon my mum had a fall in the car park. The first aid officer working that day came to help myself and my mum. I can’t express enough gratitude to the staff for all their help. Thank you very much 😊

Always have had great service at this store! Super helpful staff but they give you space when you are just browsing. Great range of products too!

This is a really great baby store. The store is huge and has so many items you will need for your baby in a carefully thought out layout. From countless baby wipes brands, monitors, nursery furniture and prams (even a gift section) they seem to have it all.

Perhaps my favourite thing about the store is the staff. The manger has triplets so you know he knows what he is talking about and I think it’s one or two of the other staff who have twins! As a twin mum myself their advice and helpfulness has been amazing and they are happy to share their own experiences and tips on what products work best.

I was in just the other day trying swings out and the women helping me was happy to get every single one I wanted to see working off the shelf and set them up swinging for me. She even got the manuals out to show me the extra features so I would be sure to pick the right one for me.. all of this at 5pm on a Thursday!! She would have been tired after a long day but never showed it.

Highly recommend this place!

As first time soon to be parents, we had no idea what to look for or buy when we first walked in to the store. In our first walk-in, Chaz was very helpful and literally took about an hour explaining us about prams, car seats, baby cots, etc. After all that, she gave us time and even told us to not rush about anything and to think and read reviews about everything we liked.

So, we took our sweet time and went back for a second walk-in after 2 weeks and Chaz again took care of us, guided us with the purchases. She's just great and has so much knowledge about the products.

While we were there, we were looking at some baby clothing and again, we were clearly lost with the sizes and variety. This time, Chelsea came to our rescue. She's super energetic and has good insights about the baby clothing. Thanks to her we got some super cute swaddles, blankets and onesies for a steal!! :)

Once again, thank you Chaz and Chelsea for making our first time baby stuff purchasing a breeze!! :)

I highly recommend any new parents to visit this store for good guidance and great deals!!

We were blown away by how helpful Helena and Carolyn were at Baby Bunting in Belrose. Not only did they spend a lot of time helping us decide on which pram to get without the added pressure to buy.
They helped us find the best deals and price beat by 5%. Would highly recommend!

Great Service at Baby Bunting. Had a problem with a Car seat purchased there 18 months earlier. They handled the warranty claim, did not require any documentation as it was al in their system, and supplied a loan seat while repairs were done. Great experience.

I cannot praise the staff at Baby Bunting Belrose enough (In particular Alex)! I recently had a terrible experience with a different baby retailer who essentially took my money and never delivered my product. After finally receiving a refund, I called Baby Bunting and shared my experience with them and told them how desperate I was to get the items I needed before I had my baby. Their team went above and beyond to accomodate me. They were empathetic of my situation and found all the items I needed and ensured they were available for me when I visited the store. I was even more impressed when I arrived at the store and multiple staff members knew my name, the back story behind my order and had the items ready and waiting for me. The experience was overwhelmingly positive and I will only be shopping with Baby Bunting in the future. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

My husband and I are first time parents.
We both felt a little overwhelmed by all of the different products, advice and information available.
When we went to Baby Bunting in Belrose, this feeling quickly diminished as we had some one-on-one time with an experienced mum who knew her baby prodcuts.
We left feeling quietly confident and happy to have had such a wonderful staff member to take the time to explain the basics.
