So I paid $1,700 in March-April 2018 for a "brand new" IMG Norway chair from Designer Comfort La-Z-Boy Gallery in Belrose and it squeaks - badly and constantly. Left a message four weeks ago for the store manager to call me and still waiting for a call back. Won't be buying anymore furniture from these amateurs and neither will at least two (and counting) sets of friends.

Placed an order on 9/3 which I chased last weekend to be told call you back Monday. Didn't hear from anyone, called tonight and phone is disconnected. Where are you Nathan and where are our 2 orders and significant deposits?

Extremely poor service zero communication, no reply to any emails or phone calls.
Not at all happy with product comfort esp when paying $2.5k for chair
Go anywhere else not here dont desert any star
