Best food in town! My partner and I stopped by shortly and we are absolutely amazed by its food. Beautifully cooked beef tenderloin. The service is great as well.

Jack is the perfect mix of down to earth and proactive waiter, knowing just when to take your order, offer additional drinks and clear plates. He also gave good advice on the wine list. The menu left me not sure what to choose as it all sounded delicious, which is a good problem to have! Ultimately we shared a dozen Sydney rock oysters natural, with a delicious vinaigrette and the stand out dish of the night, pork belly and crispy squid (drool). For mains we had the lamb rump and beef, both spectacularly good with truly delicious accompaniments, purees and sauces. We were really blown away by the food and service at The Edge. The lighting is a bit too bright and decor has a bit of a bistro vibe, but not in a good way. Besides that, we'll definitely be back for the brilliant food and great service. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Where do I begin?! The staff that greeted me were lovely. Very welcoming. The bar prices were a pleasant surprise.
The seating was very comfortable and there was a lovely ambiance.
The lamb rump was delicious, especially the sauces. But the absolute standout was my dessert - Peach Cafloutis!! The flavours just burst into life! It was totally amazing. I’ll be back! Do not remove this from the dessert menu!!

Food is absolutely wonderful. Always look forward to staying at Mercure Goulburn so I can try another dish at edge restaurant. Never disappoints!

WOW one of the best meals we have ever had. Turkish Bread to start followed by a Lamb lovers delight. "Lost River Lamb Rump" the finished plate went back to kitchen like nothing was ever on it. Chicken Supreme was equally tasty. Followed up with House Made Lemon Tart. Compliments to the Chef, so many other restaurants need to follow this establishments lead. Meals like these are what make dinning out pleasurable and not just food.

One of the best restaurants in Goulburn. Very spacious inside. The staff were extremely friendly and willing to help. The wine selection isn’t vast but it’s pretty reasonable for the area. The ragu was nice and chicken breast was excellent. Definitely try the broccolini with chicken breast.

One of the best regional restaurants we've eaten in for some time. It was a very busy night and the service was a little slow, however the prawn entree was sublime. We had the barramundi main course that was good except the skin had been salted too much. The clafoutis desert was a large portion and really well done.

Excuse my photo, had already started eating it(looked a lot nicer before I touched it). Amazing chicken linguine, could not fault it at all. Was not expecting that from a restaurant attached to a hotel

I am an All Accor member and I can safely say that dining at Edge Restaurant was one of my favourite meals thus far. This includes five star tied hotels like Sofitel etc. I was super impressed. We had the barramundi and beef fillet. I was impressed by staff, service and food

Best food and service outside Sydney and Canberra. Wonderful fresh produce, innovative menu and lovely staff. Goulburns best kept secret.

Wow. Yes, it's the restaurant of a hotel, but the food is superb. Delicious, beautifully presented, a mix of flavours and textures and great service. We had the pork, barramundi and chocolate souffle. Amazing.
