We recently purchased furniture from Outdoor Elegance and are blown away with the incredible quality and style. We were unsure what would suit our space and were guided by the professional, friendly team who helped us to pick the perfect set. Not to mention the fantastic delivery team who were so efficient, helpful and professional! Definitely the best delivery service we have had when purchasing furniture. The whole process was seamless. Recently purchased an outdoor dining setting from Outdoor Elegance after searching everywhere. Kerrie was so helpful in showing us different styles and we asked her so many questions, she really knows her products and provided fantastic customer service! Love their showroom. Excellent quality furniture. They went above and beyond to ensure I had my new outdoor setting in time for Christmas!! The owner even picked up some of the furniture and delivered it to me. Then he put it together and took away the packaging. Excellent service!

I ordered a 5 peace outdoor setting. Table and 4 chairs. Very quick to confirm my online order. A few days later confirmation that the delivery would be today. Recieved a call last night to confirm the time this morning. Guys who delivered very friendly and helpful. Very happy with my purchase. There was just one slight issue. I replied to the email confirmation about install at an extra cost. Never recieved a reply. As it happens was not that hard to assemble the table, so would have saved some money. That said, I now have to remove all the packaging. I would still use them again.

Amazing! Best outdoor furniture shop in Sydney! Huge selection and good prices. You will not find a shop with better selection and almost all of it is on stock. Forget 12 weeks waiting time and shipment from China they deliver the week after!

Beautiful and quality made outdoor furniture, also customer service at the Terry Hills location is excellent, knowledgeable and helpful. Stevie helped us with our purchase. We bought an outdoor bar table and seats beginning of this summer and we use them everyday, unbelievably comfortable!

Large range of quality products at reasonable prices- Purchased the Cebu wicker/sunbrella day bed .The quality is far superior to the large warehouse chains. Joe & the team go out of their way to make the process seamless & enjoyable.

Outdoor Elegance has a great range of outdoor furniture to suit different tastes and budgets. I liked the fact that they had furniture that didn't look mass produced. The staff were attentive and helpful and delivery was quick. I have been very happy with my purchase a year on and am now looking to them for outdoor dining chairs.

We recently bought furniture for our new house and found the whole experience exceptional.
The staff seemed to love working there, the furniture and price are great and even the delivery guy was tops. Everything was delivered on the day we requested and he even set it up and helped carry it upstairs where we wanted.

WOW WOW WOW , from the sales guys to warehouse to delivery, all these guys are amazing . I was kept up to date on delivery and phoned when delivery was half an hour away .
The guys were so careful taking my furniture off the truck which was awesome to see .

Seriously do not bother going anywhere else for your outdoor furniture .
All the staff are awesome and their furniture is gorgeous and top of the range quality .
