This is a really interesting place with so many diverse Japanese items and antiques. I have bought quite a few things from here over the years, every time I go there's always something cool that catches my eye. Well worth a visit for anyone interested in Japanese culture.

In recent weeks I have made numerous on line purchases from the wide selection at Edo Arts - textiles, ceramics. Quality is superb; pricing very keen; service A1 - all my purchases have been sent on a long journey, all have been sent swiftly, beautifully packed, and have arrived safely. It is a joy to live with these beautiful pieces. Thank you so much, Karman and Paul, for sourcing them, and getting them to me! I must come in to the store and meet you one day.

Shopping antiques on a different level, almost each piece is unique and the range of products is quiet mindblowing. I have known the owners for twenty years and have collected a few nice and unice pieces from their exhibitions and know from the permanent showroom. Well present high end antiques and paintings. Thanks to the experience of Karman & Paul, you can get a real Japanese antique bargain, direct from the importer.

One of my favourite places.
A visit to Edo Arts is always an amazing experience.
From the moment you walk in the door it feels as though you have been transported to Japan !
The view that greets you is an example of a traditional Japanese room with Tatami, Shoji, & a Tokonoma which is always filled with fresh displays of Ikebana.
At Edo Arts you will find unique treasures beautifully presented from across Japan's vast cultural tradition.
Pieces can range from a few decades, to several centuries old.

Large warehouse with a gorgeous collection of antiques. There is furniture, outdoor granite statues, Kimonos and lots of obi's around. I think the prices were very fair.

I've been buying all sorts of things from Edo Arts since I first stumbled across them at a Darling Harbour show maybe 15 years ago. Such an amazing shop.

I love this place, the variety is great the prices are from cheap to extremely expensive like any good antiques store should be and it’s always worth the trip. Also great for architects to find interesting things.
