Big store with beautiful things for parties. They have a lots of parties themes. The costumers service in the store was good.
There is a parking lot near the store, no charge.

Saturday was a crazy busy day, the parking lot was super busy.
The staff was ready for this influx of customer, they had a pick up place for costume orders at the back of the store.

I came to get a bouquet of balloons today and between getting them and getting home (5 min drive away) 2 of the balloons popped! I called right away and they offered to replace the two balloons. When I went to pick them up, they had graciously given me 4 instead of 2 to replace my popped ones. Awesome customer service! I appreciate it!!

If you’re looking for specific themes, you’ll find it here. Also lots of great favors for parties and events. We were looking for specific color balloons and table cloths and they had it all. Balloon bouquets also great for parties.

This one's actually for Chloe..I am quite sure if you had mentioned to anyone it was your son's Birthday, all would have said "happy birthday".This review has nothing to do with the store,but more to do with a mother's unrealistic expectations.

Nice staff. They do whatever they can. But because nowadays nobody is partying, the store is basically empty. Balloons have particularly very low selection.
