Many thanks to Katrina for her amazing and professional service, arranging a trip for our family and then assisting with re-booking flights following travel restrictions to Israel. Throughout it all, her guidance and knowledge was extremely helpful, and it was a true pleasure working with her. Thank you Katrina Barbisan!

My parents planned a big long trip to multiple countries, including Israel, and luckily, they used Katrina as their travel agent! Long story short, they had to alter their flights and hotels while they were in Türkiye, when they were no longer able to fly into Tel Aviv, and Katrina was on top of it, and was able to let us know what was refundable, what wasn’t, and what our rescheduling options were. We were able to alter their upcoming plans while they were traveling, thanks to Katrina, and it took a lot of the stress off everyone! Highly recommend, especially for complicated trips!!

Thank you Audrey for your efforts to plan our complex multi-destination 3 month trip overseas to Africa and the UAE!! We have had several dealings with Flight Centre in the past as we prefer to connect in person where possible when trip planning. Audrey at the Coquitlam branch has been the best so far. We have found her to be collaborative and resourceful from our very first meeting. Audrey is professional, efficient, readily accessible and prompt in all of our dealings with her. I had a great experience booking a vacation and flights with Flight Centre Coquitlam. The agent (Chelsea) was well informed and quick to respond to my many questions! and guided me very well.

I just wanted to let you know how appreciative I am of Katrina.  She was always attentive when I booked my trip for  last November.  She always responded in a  timely fashion and answered any question I had.  Katrina to this day has been helping me resolve a problem that  I had with the company that we booked our trip through, she responds and keeps me updated weekly and goes out of her way to get an answer from them.  I just wanted you to know I really enjoyed working with Katrina, she puts her customers first and has always been pleasant to work with.

Thank goodness one of these at least is still open. Not really all that convenient but it is here or Kits. Been helped by 2 people and I have found them friendly and knowledgeable. They have taken the time to check out multiple flights and times to try and get me better seating which I appreciate.

I will continue to go here in the future to book any flights I need. Hope they stay open.

Brett is awesome! I had looked for an all-inclusive girls trip to Mexico and wasn’t sure about a few things. He helped us out and got it all sorted, saving us $500 each from the cheapest that I could find. Great customer service and highly recommended. I am writing to express how very pleased I am with the service I received from Linda Nankov. She brought her insight as a traveler to my travel plans, was helpful with my questions, and on several times emailed me well outside of regular office hours to get the job done. You will get excellent customer service if you deal with this agency and in particular Linda Nankov.

My husband & I booked our flights to Maui with Carrie. Had an occasion to drop in today to book our seat selection. Carrie was busy with another client so spoke with Linda & Katrina. Both ladies were engaging, friendly and professional, as were the other ladies Brie & Alyssa. Such great staff and exemplary service. My wife and I booked a trip to a resort in Cancun Mexico with the help of Linda Nabokov from Flight Centre lin Coquitlam B.C. Linda went out of her way to find everything tnat we needed. We are in our 80s, and she spent extra time with us to make our trip memorable. Linda is very nice and very knowledgeable and we will definitely rely on her for our next vacation

This is not the first time I have used this group's expertise. They are so knowledgeable no matter where you wish to travel. Shrey organized my flight to Hong Kong, various insurance requests and explained the Covid protocols very expertly.

Fantastic service and friendly staff. My wife and I have been attempting to book our honeymoon for the past three years as COVID-19 has run its course through Canada. Brett Siborne who was originally at the Abbotsford location in the beginning of our planning in 2019, has been EXTREMELY patient and accommodating to multiple postponements, and changes to our travel plans and has helped immensely with our choice and confidence in travel destination with his great travel experience and straight forward attitude! Friendly and efficient service. The staff are knowledgeable and were happy to assist me in planning the cruise I wanted. We had the pleasure of having Linda Nankov for our travel agent during the pandemic. We're almost at a loss for words to describe just how helpful and accommodating Linda was. With the increased restrictions imposed by the Canadian government, the lockdowns, quarantines, etc. we lost track of how many times our flights were either cancelled, changed or postponed. Linda was always there for us, giving us our best options and not being satisfied until we were satisfied, and always cheerful and incredibly helpful and friendly. By far the best service we've ever experienced from a travel agent, or any other service provider for that matter. She made the entire "return to Canada" experience bearable.
