Not Waterloo kitchener or cambridge or even the Indian reserve in brantford had any fireworks I needed within a couple hours of my celebration, and guess where i found tons of them! Yes it was at this store.. very friendly store owners and helpful people!

Love having this store nearby. Hours are great and owners are so friendly. They also have so many types of unique candy/snacks/drinks that are never anywhere else.

Not very helpful at all! Had a bit of a washroom emergency and not from the area, nothing else open publicly in sight and I was denied the use of the washroom. Nothing else available for at least an hour as we were off the beaten path just taking a road trip to get out and enjoy the colors to get out of the house. So unfriendly and unsympathetic! It took a nice stranger offering his home washroom to restore my faith in human kind, especially during these uncertain pandemic times! Thank you to this wonderful man to offer his home. To the store owner, shame on you for not occomodating with nothing else open at the time!

He's always giving me problems when I want to buy something or is extremely RUDE. Sometimes I walk out buying nothing. He wont let me use debit or when he does, then hes very rude about it.

Owner rings up the price on the inventory register, then enters this number - which includes HST - into the cash machine and charges you the tax on the already-taxed item. When confronted he just says "no no no".

Wasn't happy with the cashier accusing me of stealing when i wasn't. She publicly embarrassed me in front of the whole store. Very unprofessional.
