Had a great experience all the staff was super friendly! Was on a mission to get back into a truck and with a growing family my 2 door Jeep just wasn’t cutting it. Drove around all day, dealer to dealer with no success everyone offering me trucks way out of my budget. Then I pulled into Arthur Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ltd. I was met by Jamie who understood that I had a Budget and kept me in the lower end of my budget. He got me in the exact truck I was hoping for and I couldn’t be happier! 10/10 would recommend

Great selection of trucks. Very friendly and accommodating. I looked at a lot of different trucks on their lot and they were very nice about it. I wanted to make sure I got the best one for me. Most places would get frustrated. I highly recommend you buy your next Ram truck from Arthur Chrysler!

Best dodge service/dealer around (i drive from kitchener! They are that good) recall repair was in and out in about an hour. They also have a beautiful dog named Rosie who keeps anyone who will pet her company. Good solid home town family service doesn't exist in the bigcity. Hands down best people to deal with

I was on the hunt for the new ram sport GT after talking to Brad we made a deal to trade in my 2017 sublime for the new Hydro blue pearl sport GT
from the beginning Brad went out of his way to make sure I got the truck I wanted with emails and texts and lots of pictures and got me top dollar for my trade
I drove up there from the Ottawa area (5hr) drive
Brad was there on time had the truck and paperwork ready to go knowing I had a 5hr ride home worth the drive for the great service I received
when I'm ready to trade this truck in ill be back Brad

Drove out to Arthur to look at a truck advertised on autotrader. Ended up buying a different model. Jamie Rooney, the salesman I dealt with, was honest, straight forward and didn't try to push the sale. No typical sales ploys, or pushiness many others attempt.
Truck was ready to go at time set up, no hidden costs or surprises. Truck was spotless and had a full tank of gas.
After sale help has been great as well, none of the ghosting once cheque was cashed familiar with many other places.
I highly recommend trying this dealership if looking for a vehicle.

My wife just picked up her new truck Mar 25 2022. We had a great sales person Brad and in 2 years when I get rid of my 2919 Cherokee I'll buy my next vehicle form him. We dealt with dealers in the GTA, in the past but never felt as we got a good deal as we did from this place.

We had a great experience buying our vehicle from Arthur Chrysler. The process was so quick and easy. They were also so accommodating staying open late for us and arranging for us to pick up the vehicle a day early. The price was fair and they made negotiations easy. Friendly knowledgeable staff helped us every step of the way. I would highly recommend Arthur Chrysler to anyone!

This is the second truck I have purchased at Arthur Chrysler and again Jamie Rooney was a pleasure to deal with. As well as Jamie's brother who looked after my trade in even when I set the alarm off in the new truck. Doing the paperwork with the friendly lady in the office for payment was even easier she explained it all to me and what was required of me when I picked up my new truck. I will defently be going back to Arthur Chrysler when I feel the need to upgrade in the future.
As a side note when I purchased my previous truck I had a small issue that was taken care of in a total of 15 minutes as well as a small software update when it was done the mechanic took the time to explain it and we were done. I was accually finished and on my way home before my scheduled appointment time.
