One of the best Tim's around. Drive through is fast, breaded items actually are toasted and the girls at the window always treat me with respect. They thank me for my service all the time. As a veteran, this never gets old. Thank YOU for your service!!!

Seriously the best Tim Hortons I have been to. Every time I pass through Arthur I make a point to stop here. Fastest service I’ve ever seen, very professional and friendly employees, and on top of that the food and drinks are always amazing!

Visit on Tuesday afternoon, April 2, 2019 - Same decent quality of food and coffee as most other Tim Hortons across the Province. The grilled cheese sandwich and broccoli soup were definitely outstanding. Great staff friendly and helpful. Very clean.

It was a bit pricey for the retro donuts. The staff were very friendly and the coffee was good.

I have always had a good experience at this Tim Hortons.
Most of the staff are pleasant, friendly and work efficiently as a team, showing respect to each other. Only once did I notice a rude and uncivil sandwich maker who was messing up orders and exhibiting an obnoxious attitude to customers and coworkers. I haven't seen her on future visits and suppose she wisely chose a more suitable workspace for herself.
Usually the staff working there are pleasant and friendly.

Drive through is consistently fast. This is probly the fastest Tim's I've been to. Awesome!

Friendly, quick service. Ordered a difficult drink and was surprised to see everyone helping each other out to remember how to make it! Would definitely recommend this store in the later evening as mornings can be quite busy.

We visited the Palmerston location today and we were super impressed by our server Zac. He made every effort to make sure our order was correct and has such a positive attitude . Obviously loves his work.
We had a long drive today and really appreciated his efforts.

It's the Quality of the service that makes the whole difference.. I didn't know how to redeem my Tim's points from the new app and the girl at the cashier was kind enough to guide me through the whole process.. Wish I got the name of the girl who helped me.. (girl with the head scarf/turban, I thank you for your patience and helping nature)

The staff at this Tim Hortons are so friendly. They work hard to keep the lines short. It's a very busy store but they do a good job. If you are in the area and need a fix drop by.

Always an extremely busy place on weekends - especially in the summer. For the most part staff are always happy and kind, and even if they weren’t I wouldn’t blame them because I’ve seen some rude customers come through here 😬

Loved this Tim's, in the quaint town of Arthur. Very friendly service, and hot food (wraps). Great location.

Great counter Tim’s, you can tell as the staff actually take pride in their jobs

Good store. Friendly workers and quick given the influxes of people that show up on their way through town. Parking lot can be a bit of a cluster though during tourist times or when the drive thru backs up.

Always hit up this Tim's on our way back from the cottage early in the morning. Drive-thru quick and food generally made as ordered.

The drive through here is very efficient. From order to pickup, the wait was less than five minutes and it was VERY busy. This is the MOAT EFFICIENT Tim's I have been to- bar mone!

Super tasty every time I come here, drive thru can have its slow motion moments but it's worth the wait. Great service, nice staff!
