Oxygen Yoga & Fitness

I will preface this review with stating the simple fact the only thing I ran consistently prior to coming to Oxygen Fitness was my mouth. I would put my fitness on par with my 17 year old Shitzu. On my first class, I thought it might be like my previous experiences, I may go for a class or two and fall off. I always found them too hard or too hard to keep up with and felt embarrassed. To my surprise, and likely yours dear reader, I go consistently to Oxygen Fitness! Melissa and Christine are delightful; I get excited just to see them! I do not like push-up day; however, I can do one now so there’s that. I always come just as I am and so does everyone else. It is incredibly supportive. I would encourage no matter where your life is at to prioritize your wellness; this is a great place to start and stay. My fitness level is for sure more on par with my 11 year old terrier now and that is a win for me. If you’re scared to start alone, kindly find me likely M-Tu-Thurs at the 4:30 or 5:30 right behind the instructor. Keep on fighting the good fight friends!

This is the very first studio that I've felt so welcomed, comfortable and stuck to attending for over an entire year. I love the sense of community!

I love the classes and instructors. It seems like a very supportive and non judgmental environment. This is coming from someone who is a total beginner.

I highly recommended studio to practice at. I want to thank Darlene for introducing me to peace and loving myself more than I could imagine. I Also want to express that ever since I started my practice with her I have enjoyed life on a daily basis and I feel that she is definitely making a huge difference in the community. Probably my favorite gym/yoga studio. The studio itself is very clean and all the staff are friendly.

The front desk is quick to answer any questions and is very kind. All of the instructors are in their element! They're positive, helpful and organized in their teachings. I get great benefits from every class and look forward to them!

I love this yoga studio. It’s clean, comfortable, and the infrared heat feels amazing. I suffer from chronic pain and find that Renee’s Deep Stretch and Relaxation classes to alleviate my pain significantly. I am so grateful for this studio in my life - and for their dedicated and friendly staff.

Love it here! Great facility, amazing classes. I've always been a huge fan of hot yoga, and the idea to have a variety of classes in a warm room is great. Major bonus, these instructors make the BEST playlists I've ever had the pleasure of working out to in any studio of anykind. Any chance you can make the playlists available for us to download? Would love that!

Love coming here! I have been so happy with every class I have been to. I really like each instructor and It’s always a warm welcoming environment when you come in. They do a great job following COVID regulations. I always feel safe and it’s noticeably clean. Definitely recommend checking them out!

Tonight I had a one on one class with Fern who was excellent. Great pace and voice to flow too! It was one on one because many people dropped out and I really appreciate the class still running as often times it is cancelled at other studios. For that and many other reasons I can't wait to return and recommend to other.

Also a shout out to Lacy at the front whohwho also made each encounter at the studio lovely with her welcoming energy.

So I definitely bit off more than I could chew with my first class (Fast & Furious Fusion) but couldn't be happier that I made that mistake here. no judgement when I spent 45% of the time in Childs pose and all the help I could want when I couldn't get off the ground at the end! looking forward to trying a few easier classes with this very accommodating and nice group of people.

I love this studio! It’s beautiful and clean, staff and instructors are all welcoming and encouraging. They have taken Covid-19 restrictions very seriously and have stayed committed to ensuring safety within the studio. Thank you for everything you do, can’t wait to be back again!

Amazing space. Great staff! Fabulously talented teachers. The owner of this location is also one of the most spectacular humans I know. If you haven't tried it I highly recommend giving a class a go!

They are everything I had been missing in my life. I used to be a die hard bikram yogi but let life get in the way and hadn't been to yoga in years. I found Oxygen and fell instantly in love. Their classes are awesome! The total body conditioning is my fave. It kills me (in a good way) and leave feeling so energized and blissful. I have a super stressful career and this is such a perfect pause in my day. Can't wait till your doors reopen!

This studio has friendly professional staff, the facility is clean, organized and inviting. My husband and I enjoyed Renee's class this evening. This is a beautiful place for peace and relaxation.

You didn't need to stand so close to where I was already sitting quietly and act like I wasn't even there as you chit-chatted so loudly amongst yourselves.

I love this oxygenyoga studio, it very clean and the staffs very friendly. The instructors is very knowledgeable and motivated. I been telling all my friends and clients about oxygen yoga and fitness. Now I even more appreciate for this franchise create oxygeneverywhere online for everyone keep active and positive environment to pass through this CODVID 19. This studio is beautiful !! St. Albert is lucky to have such a gem in their community. Class variety, everything from restorative yoga to challenging fitness, it has everything I need, AND more. Simply can't be beat.

Highly recommend this studio! The friendly staff make the experience positivite and uplifting. I look forward to the infrared heated rooms for a deeper stretch or work out.
