Least crowded of Calgary-area Costco locations, but still busy on weekends. Often has good samples, like udon noodle soup.

I was looking for those clogs, and called in to realize they were all sold out, then Got a call back from the lovely manger Jeane <—I hope i spelt it right lol. And She set aside a pair of shoes for me sadly they didn’t fit so she called me back again And Set another pair of shoes aside for me. I have never had a store or a person do this before and honestly amazing experience so thank you

COSTCO! If you don't know you need to shop here. Great prices and customer service. You can get all kinds of food here from staples to junk food and everything in between. You can even buy everything you need to make to food. A huge variety of appliances as well as all the electronics you would need to fill your house. From lighting to TV'S they have you covered.

I do recommend eating first at the eatery grab a pizza 🍕 🍕 or hot dog and don't skip the ice cream 🍦🍦

I was using a mobile cart and the person scanned in my cart so I wouldn't have to move my items. Was very sweet of her on a long day!

It was clean and well stocked! Not too busy on a weekday afternoon either. I was helped even though I was at self check out and I found some amazing instant specials!

Got a Costco gift membership as a Christmas present and went in the other day to activate. Had a choice to go to Costco at Crossiron or Costco in Red Deer. I chose the Costco in Red Deer due to a recommendation from a friend. From the time I’ve got in the door to the time I had the product loaded in my truck. The team at Costco Red Deer was friendly, helpful and polite. I would recommend that Costco to anybody.

Had a frustrating issue with my membership card yesterday but Mckenzie and a few other wonderful staff went above and beyond to help me out. Thank you!!

Costco is awesome everywhere. This location always has a great selection of fresh and frozen meats, breads, milk and cheeses, fruits and vegetables, etc.

Plus phones, small and big appliances, electronics, pet food, health and beauty products, etc

The pharmacy in this store is awesome. Prescriptions filled while you shop, and walk in flu shots (seasonal). Very reasonable pricing. And they direct bill insurance companies to make it super easy for me.

Love this place! Been visiting them wayyyyy too much for a single guy so i need my employees badge😝😝banter aside the staff is absolutely amazing! Pretty well stocked!! Management is absolutely amazing.

Best prices, great food, and decent selection seasonal products. Can't forget fuel pricing.

Let me start off by saying I was not a Costco fan. When the Red Deer Warehouse opened, I didn't set foot inside it for around ten years. I just had a resentment about paying (a membership fee) to shop in their store.
Recently, one grocery store after another was bought out, closed, merged, re-branded, etc, so we bit the bullet and bought a membership. I realized that Costco didn't always have the best price on every item, and you don't have a hundred choices of laundry detergent, for example, but do we really NEED 100 choices??
So here's what we've figured out. Costco consistently sells us high-quality items at competitive prices. They have an extremely good refund policy. They've brought in and showcased items that are surprisingly exceptional, some produce examples being the Kanji Apples, and the Moroccan Clementines.
The bakery carries name-brand items, as well as baked-in-house selections. You cannot find store-bought pumpkin pie that compares to Costco's, and a recent very pleasant seasonal offering is their apple cake. So delicious, SO MUCH apple!!!
The Costco Gas Bar here boasts super-friendly and helpful attendants, and no other place comes close to their member price for gas.
The Costco CIBC no-fee credit card is a game-changer, with an annual cashback based on all your purchases, not just at Costco.
Those purchases can easily add up to a credit of hundreds of dollars, and has nothing to do with rebate that Executive Members get.
I've yet to have an interaction with any grumpy Costco employee in Red Deer!
Needless to say, we're very pleased to pay our membership fee and shop here

Wow this was our first time at Costco and $300 later we love it! There were so many things and I love that they're all in bulk. Being a prepper we like to have lots of items on hand just in case. Here's just a few items we purchased.

Costco always has the best quality and the best prices in my experience so far.
It is great for shopping, especially for families, but others can benefit, too.
The laptops /computers and other electronics are priced very well.
We love shopping in Costco both when we were in Edmonton and now in Red Deer.

Some great products. Nice prices on most things. Not a fan of their memberships, but it seems to work for them.
