Tim Hortons

I was very upset to be woken up in the middle of my slumber inside your dining eoom. I sleep only once every two and a half weeks , but now I need permission to finally practice some self care pffttttt I'm kidding... truthfully you guys are wonderful. You treat everyone with equal respect and expectation. Thank you for opening your doors so early in the morning ,. I am truly grateful

I had a good experience would have been a great experience except for the fact that you sometimes get 1 person to help the front and that's when they make someone available for it and at least 5 employees for the drivethrew, it's wrong and should be fixed not just simply ignore it and treat those who come in to the restaurant to grab a coffee and or food to go as less of a priority than the people in the drivethrew.
Their should always be someone available to work the front till for those who go in to make an order whether it's to sit amd stay for a bit to enjoy what they have ordered or they just simply ordered a coffee to go as people who go inside are made to wait like we don't matter while drive threw has everyone rushing to serve them. We matter as well and though I know your response will be sometimes we just get busy and yes we treat all our customers the same, we'll I'm a customer that walks there daily almost an hour everyday for a coffee because I believe you make the best coffee in Canada hands down no Competition regardless of what anyone wants to say as it's there prerogative but I say Tim Hortons Coffee is the best so please start treating those whom walk in to the restaurant with the same curticy and speed that drivethrew gets. Thank you.

Didn't wait in line long to order.very quick to get my order. The restaurant was clean. The booths were a bit lumpy and tattered. I would dine in again.

Love the staff there, I go daily multiple times a day and am always greater with respect. If there is a problem they have it fixed quickly. More items need to be made available in the evening. Soup is one of the biggest offenders for being "sold out" too early.

Those donuts see me go nuts, they be cream filled so I'm thrilled! I like chopped nuts until the door shuts! With a peach juice so I let loose! How bout some bacon that they are making with all fresh baking that I'm taking! Damn it sure be nice, when I go Timmy's I hit it up twice!

Ordered a tea in drive through was on my ebike and usually j get sassed because it doesn't have 4. Wheels to Be in the drive through but the kid that helped me was super awesome and great customer service

You can't go wrong at Tim's. You can use a mobile app, drive through, or go in to get your order. Very convenient. Staff are polite & efficient. Can't say I ever have any complaints about Tim's. Some people are critical of their coffee but I find it to be okay.

It's been a long time hang out ..... The people coming and going can sometimes be a bit shady , .... But tim Hortons is just a good spot to meet with the friends

This establishment always has the quickest drive-through time. I find it they are very clean both inside and outside of their building, despite downtown location they do very good job. Every employee is happy to help you and I find that they own their mistakes. Lots of room for coffee and conversation very nice place.

I ordered an ice cap when I was there, but I didn't hear it get called after it was done, so the ice cap ended up melting. Instead of leaving me with nothing, the manager offered me another ice cap, free of charge, even though it was my fault. This is what good customer service looks like. I also got a coupon for a free hot beverage for my time. Completely made my day.

Well I only go for a coffee,I don't eat the food,so I can't rate it but the place is just a real nice vibe coffee place.

This Timmy's is normally particularly efficient and when the one young male employee is working at the drive thru window, you will notice things move faster and everyone is friendlier! He literally runs to get his orders and is the nicest and friendliest Timmy's employee on the planet. I missed him this morning! :o)

They accepted my food vouchers and they greeted me with a cookie, I felt so alive because they were very friendly

I want span had a litter to Morton's in Grand Prairie and weed-eat hundred dollars was in the first 45 minutes to an hour there I'll never forget it but I was covered in flies

Generally i am not a big fan of the service I receive at Tim Hortons across the country but I was very please this morning with the great service I got from a guy through the drive through. Very pleasant young man and definitely an asset to this location so I give this location a 5 star rating for the excellent customer experience I received this morning.
