Mark (shift leader?) Really went above to try and service us. Haven't had someone that dedicated to service in.....I can't even recall. Dude is doing great work, bless him.

Place is also really clean and well kept up as well.

Amazing play place with lots of seating in that specific area. Lots of big windows and much nicer than your usual McD's. Definitely a great spot to bring your kids. Very nice staff. Other than that, it's a McDonalds. Normal menu et cetera.

Been going here for years. Never had an issue. Food is always fresh and orders are rarely incorrect. Nice staff

A great place to spend family lunch time. Great space, clean and friendly staff. We went their for lunch with my family. My kid was very happy and had fun playing in the play area, we love how managers and staff were very friendly and assist us with our food. Great job. Will recommend to more friends and families.

I don't normally put review on restaurant but I thought everybody
should know this... This branch has a friendly environment , I went here December 28th around 3 pm and was greeted with one of their employee opening the door for me and my daughters and I know its just a small gesture but it had made our day. The service was quick and since I have a small daughter it took awhile for us to order and the person taking our order was very patient and we were to busy playing at the playplace(which was suprisingly clean) so they took the liberty to deliver our food to our table. About the food, I was surprised when the food was fresh since it is McDonalds and everybody knows how their food is, but this one is different the nuggets were hot, the fries were fresh and it seems like the burger patties were fresh from the grill. Thank you for the wonderful service provided by the workers and the managers. Thank you for reading my review :)

I was here last night drunk as hell, I met my best friend Megan while at the drive thru. This McDonald’s didn’t get my order correct, there were missing nuggets, burgers and half of my fries were missing. 5 stars only cause I got to meet Megan. 😂😂😂

I came there with my son- play place was clean. The girl who took my order was very friendly she offered to bring my food to my table rather than standing and waiting. All food was fresh. Definitely recommend this location.

Food was hot and fresh. Seating area was clean. Washrooms were clean. Soft Drink area was clean and well stocked including ketchup cups and ketchup, napkins, straws, lids, etc.

This was by far the best McDonald's I've ever been to. The service was outstanding. This is the one on Gates North hill Red Deer. They were so kind to our grandchildren. Great job. They all deserve a raise

I pick up coffee before I start my shift regularly.
1)Although I order coffee and a muffin - same kind every day, a lot of the time the person taking the order will get it wrong. I correct it at the screen time and pay window but no reciept to verify.
2)Sometimes they confirm it but sometimes they don't.
3) I ordered 2 coffee and 2 muffins at the screen, paid at the window and then they charge me again for another coffee instead of the coffee/muffin deal.
4)When I objected the person said I'm not going to continue to argue with you and closed the window. Called the manager and complained and she felt it had been handled correctly. Basically said I should have confirmed at the screen and when paying.
5) I believe it was confirmed but not entered correctly.
Just irritating so I guess I'll go somewhere else
