I come here often because it's a great location to wind down after work. The food never takes too long in the morning and the coffee always tastes nice and fresh. Today I was able to watch the Manager take care of the customers and her crew, and it was very... welcoming. She seems to care a lot about the people around her. I'm glad I got to experience her service. Thank you Rowena!

friendly young gentleman with smiles and fast service. Food was amazing. Also first time there. The restaurant was very clean and upbeat.

My kids love the items here, they said McDonalds ice cream is the best. They have tried DQ, and other fastfood in Red Deer, but here is always their top choice.

Dedicated to customer service. Still took our order and banged out a Big Mac meal and a McFlurry while someone was breaking into the store. Only downside is they couldn’t break my 100 dollar bill. Server was a baddie.

last sunday, I got most of my order, but we were missing a chicken habanero which made me really upset because it was too cold to go drive back to pick it up and no one picked up the phone. But when I went there with my family today, (I don't know her name, but I wish I asked her!) I spoke to her about it. She was very understanding and helpful! She was able to get another chicken habanero made to compensate for not having it the last time which I'm very happy and appreciative 🥰

Had a breakfast sandwich and my daughter had a breakfast meal. Pretty decent

I really enjoy going to this restaurant as the food I get here is always fresh and hot. The people are friendly and I like that I am not just a guest when I go here but actually get conversations with the employees working here.

This place has great muffins , good coffee and the service is really nice.

So this was the first time walking into the south red deer mcdonalds. Since I was last here it was remodeled like some other stores. Quite honely. Couches' open spaces etc. Gone is the old Squamish metal based tables that we all remember. This visit was just for 2 large cokes for pur drive home. Wife got them quickly, filled them and we were on our way. No complaints.

Cool place. Unlike McDonald's in the city center, there are no homeless people and drug addicts here. And everything is clean and tidy. Nice staff.

Took part in the 3 dollar Big Mac deal today. Staff was friendly and courteous, efficient and polite. However, the food took longer than we planned and I had 4 starving kids haha. Staff are very pleasant and efficient, and the order was exact. It made the visit and the wait for your order much nicer when the staff burst into song with the radio. They sounded great and made the visit very different to what we're used to.

Solid McDonald location. Clean inside (including the bathrooms) and well organized. The food was warm and didn’t have to wait long for a larger order.

Having a coffee and egg McMuffin 😋, so delicious, fresh coffee!!!! Pretty busy here. The place is clean! I used the kiosk so my order was done quickly. I strongly suggest visit this location and use the kiosk!!!

Late night drive thru, Jordan was incredibly friendly at the speaker box. That's what customer service should be! :)
