Strength:
• Locally owned store. Which is your opportunity to support your local economy in Powell River.
• Offer pre-loved (gently used) products
• Often able to find products at same or better prices than large non-local stores
• Able to search products for you
• Connected to large network
• Good communications
• Friendly people

Challenge:
• As of April 10th, 2018 the store description on Google Map is not clear. Which in turn risk to create confusion with future potential clients. The store focus their services on pre-loved products. Not new products. This challenge is from Google's ends though. As Google force all stores to choose a description from a list of pre-written and limited description :( The description on the Facebook page is clear though.
