Shoppers Drug Mart

I went to this location on Black Friday. During self checkout, I forgot to pick my purse from the self. I tried to find my purse everywhere except calling shoppers. There were some important stuff beside my banking cards for which even if I mark lost would have taken forever for new to arrive. For two days, I was restless. It was nightmare. Late night Monday, we realized we might left in shoppers. We called shoppers to just check. To my surprise (I didn't even except I will find my purse here), the girl who picked the called said "YES" we have it here.

I want to thank Megha, she was the one who picked the purse from the self check counter. I appreciate her honesty and dedication towards work. At her shift, she made decision to keep it safe until I contacting them. Thank you once again Shoppers. Now, I can sleep with big relief. GBU

Excellent customer service! The pharmacists are always helping me whenever I need to find something. They always recommend you a better option to use based on the prescriptions.

Aida has been so helpful every time I come with my clients with cognitive impairment. She is patient with them as they pay for things and as I need to explain things to them about the cost at the till. She has given me helpful tips where to find things that we are shopping for and cannot find at Shoppers Drug Mart. I am happy to see her on duty when I bring my clients to do their errands! Sooo. I went across the river to get this, Werther's Original caramel candies. It's the ONLY place I can get Coffee flavour, not even in other Shoppers Drug Marts. We just got back from the US and I couldn't see any! I nearly hyperventilated today because I couldn't find it, only the sugar free variety. But then, someone had accidentally placed one of the other varieties in front, after I examined every little sign on the racks, and realized the mistake. Voila! AND - - I just had to buy 2 packs because THEY WERE ON SALE! Whoo Hoo!! Providential!!

I used to have a negative review on here regarding Shoppers on Leila. The new Owner, Erica is a delight and a joy to talk too. She has listened to our concerns, my wife and I "had", and much has changed and improved. I have to give Erica and her team serious props for turning things around.

Though I am giving 5 stars, I am minusing .5 of a Star just because I miss the cashiers. So much reliance of auto checkout. I get the like of it, but in the end each one takes away a job.

Always great service at pharmacy. Wish they would stock Guylian chocolates more often. They were sold out the last 4 times I checked. Probably won't bother looking anymore. Always huge lineups at checkout so its just a pharmacy for me as gar as purchases go.

I shop here often and get my prescriptions here as well. Never had any issues so far, I'm surprised to see so many 1 star reviews....
