We love buying perfumes from this store and Maryam is very nice and helps us with our selections. We have discovered wonderful fragrances for our little collections.

Well appointed, recently renovated. Great quality and wide variety of products. Sales staff hard to find. Personnel only at the cash stations. Parking an issue over weekends but not during the week.

I had great customer service from Lancôme and Clinique kiosque. They accommodated me right away, helped me find what I was looking for and made great recommendations when the lipstick shade I wanted was sold out.

Nice shopping store.. The store looks really nice with the new design.. Most their items are contemporary brands.. But still they get very nice stuff with decent prices.. They have their own entrance to the mall from two levels.. accessible with wheelchair almost all around the store!

Revamped 1year ago, this is a flagship store on the south shore. Hats off to the interior designers! The decor will last 20years at least and still be modern! Great deals everytime I visit and come out with an unplanned purchase!

Renovated, bright, clean and modern. If you need or want to visit The Bay, this location is far better than the old and beaten up St-Bruno store. Worth the drive.

I ran in 10 minutes before closing. Had time to pick up a pair of birkenstocks & send my friend to one cash to pay for them while I ran back to the Clinique counter .....that was closed. Luckily, a lady from the Dior counter offered to help me & let me make my purchase. I didn't know that there was a promotion event, but she gave me the free bag & the make-up purse with Clinique products. My lucky day. Thanks Lady.

Crazy story: I bought a perfume few months back which got stolen while I was on vacation. Gilles L’arrivée the store Director went above and beyond to help me get a copy of the POP so I could submit for my insurance. This Hudson’s bay branch has my business for life!

Covid-19 era; I had an online order to pick-up, went in and out quickly, it took longer for me to drive to HB than to receive my item. Excellent customer service!

Alot of things on sale. Wonderful staff.. especially at the cosmetics and billing section ! Loved their home section on 1st floor ❤
