The people who work at this pharmacy are so lovely. I moved cities and still continue to go here. They have even delivered my medication through their services last minute same day TO MY DOOR

These pharmacists spend time asking how your day is going, they remember you, and small details about your life. They take time explaining your medications and ensuring you’re taking them properly. They really do care and it’s clearly apparent through how they interact with their clients.

This pharmacy really gives you that small home town vibe given how they treat their customers. I could not recommend them enough. They demonstrate an extremely positive side of client care within Pharmacy that many of us have yet to experience.

Amazing! Very fast and efficient. If I had waiting for my family doctor I would have not been able to get the care I needed until next month. So happy I found med x pharmacy.

Came in today because of an eye-infection, all the walk-ins clinics are booked up. The lady at the counter was very helpful and prescribed me antibiotic ointment as I was desperate seeking medication with the infection instead waiting till Saturday for walk-in clinic to take me in. Much appreciated for your help!

Had my flu shot + covid booster here. It's a small, well organized store. Both the lady behind the till and the pharmacist (Aly) were very quick and friendly. Seems like there are plenty of regulars, and I overheard Aly doing a great job of comforting someone after me who didn't like getting shots.

What also gets me (in a good way) are the prices. It was my first time here, and I picked up 72 200mg ibuprofen liquid capsules for $6.99 (from Western Family). That's about 10 cents per capsule. For comparison, from Save-On Foods you can get 32 capsules of the same product (by Western Family) for $9.39. That's about 29 cents per capsule. And that seems to be a pattern for most of the things I looked at while I was in there briefly.

It's a friendly, local pharmacy with a great staff, selection, and price. Can't recommend more.

The owner Aly is awesome ! Like many other reviews below , Aly is super friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and really funny . He really makes you feel welcome at his pharmacy. He helped my entire family get our covid boosters and flu shots this weekend at the end of his day . No one likes needles , but Aly made it quick and painless . We will definitely come back and support a local business like Aly’s over the impersonal big box alternatives .

great experience from the moment i walked in. Aly the owner greeting me right away and answered all my questions. I personally work in the health care field and Aly and his staff Hellia actually cared about me and my concerns. I'll never go to the big box stores, they barely acknowledged me and making me wait till next day to pick up my prescriptions. Med x pharmacy does on the spot dispensing and counselling, free delivery which is amazing for me being a mom of 2 small kids, and free blister pack service which is great for my parents. This pharmacy goes out of their way to make your visit as convenient as possible and the pharmacist has a great sense of humour. I highly recommend this location for your flu shot, prescriptions, advice, etc.

Ali's pharmacy is the undisputed champion in town—prescriptions with a side of laughter! They've mastered the art of being both professional and fun. Forget the typical pharmacy experience; here, you not only leave with your meds but also with a smile that lasts longer than the side effects warning!

I’m a new patient at this pharmacy and have had an amazing experience. I was struggling with a minor ailment so they assessed me quickly and were able to prescribe me medication that cured me of my symptoms. The price was also unbeatable and the staff are super friendly and professional. They take the time to listen and are able to get medications filled immediately. They are also willing to go above and beyond to make patients lives easier whether it is calling the doctors office, insurance, etc. No half hour + wait times like the bigger corporate pharmacies. One of if not the best pharmacies in this area from my experience.

No one likes getting their shots but Aly made the visit about as pleasant as possible and I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. Great little pharmacy and a really nice team of people. Thanks.

On September 28, 2023 I was in need of getting some medical documents printed, I don't have a printer and Staples was not nearby.

The Med-X Pharmacy team went above the call of duty and printed off my documents for me at no charge , even though I did not need anything else. that day from the pharmacy.. This is a great pharmacy to use and the pharmacist really shows he cares for the folks he serves. I’ll be getting my flu and Covid vaccine shot at this pharmacy when the shots are available, . Thanks again for your help today. Very much appreciated.

I'm not from this neighbourhood but I was in the area and decided to refill my prescription here. The service was extremely fast + professional, more so than the LD I normally go to. Didn't feel rushed, worth driving slightly further for the patient staff.

I have been going to Med-X since it’s opening, I wanted to support my local Pharmacy instead of the bigger unfriendly instore Pharmacies. Med-X and their staff have never disappointed, incredibly friendly and professional, I know of no were else that takes the time to get to know you and your heath needs. I've been with Med-X since their start. Even though I moved to a different city they're still the only pharmacy for me. Aly and Hellia are really great people. They're super friendly, extremely helpful, and really know their medical info. I've recommended this place to family and friends and everyone has been so happy that they swapped Pharmacies to Med-X.

This is my go to Pharmacy. The Team helped me review my medication so I know if there are any changes required with the medication. My Prescription refill is always done on time and accurate and also delivered. They go over and beyond and make sure all my questions were answered. My family now goes to Med-X-Pharmacy.
