We had a couple of relatively small jobs for an electrician to take care of and research locally suggested Shaun at SJ Electrical Contracting was the guy to go to. And those recommendations were not wrong! Shaun did a great job and did not for a second regard the work as too small to be worth his time. He's super friendly, reliable and I would add my voice to those recommending him!

I highly recommend SJ Electrical. It was very easy to book a time for Shaun to come. He was punctual, courteous, and professional. He and his partner Richard expertly installed a couple of exterior light fixtures, as well as replacing a light fixture inside the house. They did the job quickly, competently, and neatly! Shaun & Trevor did an amazing job. Everything looks great! They explained each step to us very well and made sure I understood what was being done and that we’re all on the same page. I really appreciate that. They were both very detailed, they made sure the pendent lights didn’t bump into the door if we opened it. Shaun even switched out one of the outlets to a surge outlet.

Shaun did all of the electrical in my house for the last 1 1/2 years as we did remodeling. This includes installation of a new 200 amp electrical panel, EV charger, pool hookup, heated flooring, 2 heat pumps, 2 stoves and a myriad of other things for the main house and the added in legal suite. He efficiently dealt with all of the permits and other requirements in an timely manner.

The work was done properly and he communicated at each step what would be done and where changes needed to be made based on the plan. He also listened to feedback and provided alternative solutions to get the results we wanted.

Shaun does absolutely amazing work. We recently bought a house and found that we needed to do a line upgrade and split the electrical in the house into an upstairs panel and downstairs panel. Shaun provided the best quote, walked me through all the details of what needed to happen and completed the work very quickly. I got a couple quotes initially and some of the pitfalls others were unsure about he had solutions to that met code and saved us money in the end. He is extremely professional and I have had a number of other contractors comment on the work he did. We are very happy with this whole process and I can't recommend Shaun enough for the work, he is always responsive and very friendly.
