Eric was there at every step, for every question we had. He is so knowledgeable and had great instincts about the market and was happy to suggest strategies and options to us, but always was clear that everything was our call and whatever decisions we made, he supported them. He was always available to talk and made us feel like we were his number one priority, even though we knew he had other clients. Eric is patient and professional and so easy to talk to. We trusted him completely. Everything worked out great and we can got more money for our home than we expected. We would highly recommend him.

It was such a pleasure working with Eric! As first time home buyers, he made the process easy and provided us with guidance throughout the entire purchase.
