We were thrilled with the service and product recieved at Askara. We had a ring designed using a very rough idea and the final product was even more beautiful than we had hoped. My fiancee bought my engagement ring here. It is very beautiful and unique and you can tell the quality of the diamond is much better than the ones you would get at a chain Jewelry store, I love it so much!

This place is amazing. You can find brand products tagged for reasonable prices. The owner even will go beyond to size up or down your gifts free of charge weeks after your purchase.

Worst experience. Felt ripped off by the price for ring size adjustment ($330 for 2 thin wedding rings). When I mentioned this was not what I payed for I was accused for being bloated and emotional, then that I need to appreciate the craftsmanship instead of accusing that it’s done incorrectly. He did offer to fix that for no charge by I was so traumatised by this that I’ve never came back. My rings don’t fit, I even lost some weight and they still don’t fit. He placed them in a crooked way on the ring size bar, like I didn’t see it was not straight. Overall, will never come back and will never recommend anyone to go there.

I contacted the store owner via Google asking for a rough estimate for some work—they asked for a picture of the necklace and I said that I didn’t want to post it publicly, could they send me an email I could contact them at instead. Then they said I had to come into the store. They were rude and not helpful, but mostly my negative rating is from seeing how the store owner reacts to other negative reviews. Attacking people who have negative feedback of your business is incredibly unprofessional and does not reflect well on how you do business.

Was charged $178 to replace a clasp on a necklace, and asked for refund when I was informed that it was incredibly high, was given the clasp and $35 for the not doing the work. Just got a new clasp and work for $40 all in.

worst experience. Ramin ripped us off for not providing any service. His language was very rude and insulting when I asked him to return the money. I wish I could give zero star to this. Definitely do not recommend it.
