Dr Zenone has been great to deal with so far, she is super friendly, listens and is very patient with myself and my baby! Very grateful that we found such a nice and caring doctor, that is also close to our home. Even if she is busy, when I call the office they can usually get me in last minute with another doctor which has been amazing for last minute things that come up.

Joined the clinic as a new patient with Dr.Manning after our previous family doctor retired. Very good experience , he’s polite and efficient and so are all the staff we’ve interacted with.

I’ve particularly welcomed the video call system which has worked pretty well, and is a huge time saver.

Once I had to cancel quite last minute and they were very accommodating.

The place is a bit run down and could use an update however.

I have seen Dr. Khareobai for many year. I am thankful to have caring and understanding doctor. Thank you.

Great clinic. I was lucky enough to get Dr. Mogga as a Dr for myself and two small children. She makes you feel listened too and cared for. She asks questions and has been great with my kids.
The reception has always been exceptional to me and even fit me in when my baby woke up crying and couldn't open her eye.( She had scratched it in her sleep. )
The other Drs. I have seen there have been equally professional and caring.

I’m very happy and satisfied with this clinic and my family doctor, Dr. Arnold! Whatever I need his help I just call the office and they always go the extra mile to get me an appointment right away and help me out. I travel a lot for work and I have a medical condition, so is rare when I’m in town to go to an in-person appointment. The last few times I had a phone consultation and he sends the prescriptions to the city I'm in. I'm very grateful for that! Now I have peace of mind to be away knowing that if I get sick I have an excellent doctor who will help me! The receptionists are great, friendly and efficient!

Amazing medical clinic, they call several times to confirm appointments and are helpful if you need to change it last minute. Reception is very friendly on the phone and accommodating. My doctor (Dr. Arnold) is very knowledgeable and understanding when it came to medical questions. If they're accepting more patients I urge you to sign up, you'll feel really taken care of.

I just got assigned to Dr. Le Voi, and so far I really like the way the communication and booking system works. They seem to respect patient time and are very informative.

I recently started coming to this clinic after my family doctor of 19 years retired. I was nervous about starting over again, but Dr. Arnold and Dr. Manning have been great with me and my kids too. I find the staff to be very friendly and professional. I also want to add that our appointments have always run on time.

Very kind and professional staff and one of the best Doctors I have ever had the pleasure of seeing - Dr.Sclater has been my family's doctor for years and I can not stress how accommodating and knowledgeable he is. I consider myself incredibly lucky to be in such good hands!

Dr. Manning is great however wait times for appointments takes too long. You need to book at least a day in advance

I've been going to Burke Mt. Medical for about 15 years now and can't say enough good things about them. Sure, I've had to wait a couple times 30+ mins to see the doc but it's rare. All the staff have always been professional and prompt to deal with organizing specialists and 3rd party appointments too. 5 stars, keep up the good work!

23 years ago, I arrived in Vancouver. Within 30 days, I had fractured my leg on a steep icy boat ramp while visiting a friend. After being hospitalized to set and pin the fracture, I was released and sought out a physician for Post Operative care.
Amazingly, blessedly, I was referred by a family friend to a young doctor who, over a period of 15 years, had built up a well respected family practice in north Port Coquitlam.
Dr. Ian Woods is a rare breed, a man's man, a family man, a man of impeccable character and honor. He is respected by his peers, he continues to teach others who practice the healing arts and who wish to be the best in their own medical careers.
A man who has smiled every time I have seen him during our wonder filled 23 year relationship.

One day16 years ago, there was a medical emergency with a co-worker on my worksite. It was in POCO and it required professional medical expertise, and immediate transport to a doctor was vital. Realizing Dr. Woods practice was only 2 minutes away, I contacted his office. Without hesitation Dr Woods gave us instructions to immediately transport the individual to his office, prepared to meet him there, and arranged for emergency services to meet them both there.
Later, when I was able to contact my friend, I learned that Dr Ian Woods intervention and actions that day had saved his life.
