Dr. Charkhsaz is wonderful family doctor. She's attentive, caring, kind and thorough.

I have been her patient for almost 3 years. She is an amazing person, really caring and does listen to you and your concerns. She is not in any rush just to see you and get rid of you (like most of GP unfortunately). I would definitely recommend her. Her staff are amazing and always trying to help you and especially if you are in a rush and in urgent need, they will find you a spot and squeeze you in. Thanks a lot for being here for us.

I think Dr Kiani is a very good physician.
Whatever one thinks of the clinic support staff has no relation to how good the doctor is in my opinion.
Personally I do not have any bad experience with the support staff. I have to say that staff at her previous location seemed exceptionally caring and at the current location they appear busy.

I have been seeing Dr. Toutounchian as my family physician since I immigrated to Canada years ago.
She is a dedicated and definitely knowledgeable family doctor with a higher level and capacity to care about her patients and their health and treatment needs.
Whenever I decide to see her, I have the full confidence of receiving the best and most proper advise promptly with any necessary follow-up by my physician.

I have been with Dr. Totounchian since she opened her private practice at careview clinic. I would not trade her in for anyone. She has been professional, supportive, and compassionate. Many times she has gone the extra mile with me as a person with disabilities and now a senior.
The front staff have also always been kind, and supportive, even when they have been extremely busy.
Thank you to both Dr. Totounchian and staff, especially during the pandemic.

Im really happy with Dr Totonchian she is amazing at fillers + Botox and very generous . She is polite and understanding and hears what you want, as a GP she has always been concerned and caring with all my needs.
your missing out if you don't meet her. Dr T also works in 2 other locations , Downtown and Triniti Laser Clinic in New west.

Good family medical centre. Dr. Kiani has been our physician for about one year now and we always feel well cared for, respected and important when we go and see her. The receptionist staff are friendly and organized, but difficult to reach as they are always too busy. They just launched online booking for appointments which should make things much smoother.

Dr kiani is a great doctor but front desk is run terribly . I have dealt with rude, nasty ladies at the office . When calling the office you will probably be put on hold without being asked , be waiting for a long time abd probably get disconnected.

Dr Kiani is our family doctor and she's been great in taking care of our family. She listens to our concern and make prompt referrals when needed.

Do Kiani is really a good physician. I am happy with their care.

Love our family doctor, but I find it impossible to schedule a visit. I spend hours on hold waiting for a receptionist, which is absolutely not acceptable. Someone mentioned an online booking system, but I can't find it anywhere...

Like others have said, the doctors I've met here have been great but the front desk is incredibly rude and it is insanely difficult to get an appointment.

I don't even want to give any stars but to make a comment, unfortunately, I have to give one star. I have never seen any Dr office with a rude receptionist like this office. They are speaking Farsi, they are Persian but I think they hate their job. (Specifically Dr charkhsaz receptionist ) she has anger management. They know doctors are always behind and we have to wait for a long time, instead of being helpful they are even making u to be even more mad. They are rude, not helpful and they don't know anything. So sad that each time I have to see Dr I have to deal with them. Or even doctors in this clinic do not care about patients. Do not go there and try to find a good, understandable, knowledgeable, on-time, and caring GP. avoid this place.

Receptionists are so rude and not even answering the phones mostly. My doctor was Dr Kiani and she was nice but now she is away and new dr doesn’t even know my history. I don’t feel comfortable and cared. the way they treat people is just the worst.
