Got some protective gears for snowboarding here. Staffs are very nice and helpful. Bought the wrong size, but the sales made it super easy to exchange for another one. I Recommend this place to several friends and they all like it. Great job keep it up!

I don’t get out to B.C. very often so when I’m there I like to visit MTB shops that actually have mountains nearby. Lots of nice bikes on hand and a good selection of accessories. Picked myself up a OneUp 100cc pump and EDC tool. Been looking to get one for awhile and having it right there to see it in person was enough for me go ahead and get it. Would recommend the shop to friends.

Awesome bike shop! This is my favourite MTB bike shop in the lower mainland. Love how they have an extensive inventory of parts, accessories, gear, and bikes. Awesome service. I attempted to order somethings that wasn't in stock and was a long wait from the distributor. I think they contacted me within 24 hrs and gave me some options. Super friendly great service. Yeah, I didn't end up with what I wanted but it was still a great experience. The measure of a company is how well they do when things go wrong. I'll definitely be a future customer.

Had a great sales experience with the enthusiastic Kinetic team, who set my son up with the appropriate protection gear. Available stock and competitive price made the drive to Port Moody worth it.

I ordered (for the first time) via the Internet, and there was a little problem with my package : my shoulder straps were missing. I wrote to them, even though I wasn't expecting much, but to my surprise, not only did they answer on the same day, just a few minutes after, but also proposed to ship me the missing straps from a warehouse they have nearby.

So not only are they willing to help, but they also have the means to do so. Would shop again there, for sure !

Had a great Christmas experience with Kinetik Cycles - ordered mtb pants online for my son as a Christmas present - they arrived in time - and when they ended up not fitting - we received a full refund and great service to pick out a pair that would! Definitely recommend!

Kinetik Cycles is, by far, the best bike store I have ever dealt with. I have bought three bikes here over the past 5 years and I will always buy my bikes, as well as have them serviced here in the future. On one occasion I had the bike in for routine service and the mechanic discovered a tiny crack in my Rocky Mountain carbon frame. Kinetik was able to get a warranty replacement frame in from RM in 2 weeks, just in time as I was about to leave on a mountain biking trip in Scotland!

The new location on Barnet Hwy is awesome. They carry an excellent variety of bikes, clothing and gear, and have very good prices.

It doesn't matter if you are an expert or just a beginner, Fabian and his staff are always friendly, knowledgeable and provide excellent sales and mechanical service. Their service is quick, thorough and professional. They also often host customer appreciation events and group rides which are a great way to meet other people in the cycling / mountain biking community.

I have been loyal to this shop since 2013, I have bought/built 3 of my bikes with them.
Always good prices and very nice people to deal with, the store is far away from where I live but always worth the trip. I recommend you guys all the time! Well done!

This place is amazing, it was totally worth the drive and is now my favourite Van area bike shop! I bought a new bike at a great price and was met with friendly service, patience and a safe atmosphere. I’ll definitely be coming back here for more gear as well, they’re very well stocked!

Hands down, best bike shop in the lower mainland. Tech are passionate about their craft. Sales reps are all riders themselves so not only are they extremely knowledgeable, they are able to recommend based on their experiences. Got my new Santa Cruz here. Only bike shop I'll be going to moving forward.

I’ve bought several bikes at Kinetik over the years. From kids bikes to a bike for myself. The staff are all very knowledgeable and prices are good. The store has a lot of bikes and parts inventory which is nice. They always have what I need.

2023 Update: Another new Knolly. This time a custom build. The staff and mechanics were great. They called me every time they had a question about my preferences and got the bike perfectly the way I wanted it.

I've been shopping here since forever, always great and knowledgeable service from Fabian, and now from his whole team. The sales staff takes their time to get you the right part/gear, without trying to oversell, and the techs I've dealt with have been competent and efficient. They're even patient with my silly questions and ancient/obscure bike parts :) Lovely shop all round, highly recommended.
